Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Longview

Usually frequent sonic because I worked at one for so many years, this sonic however it started when I tried to order. Ordered, the carhop only got one item. Then I restarted, after restarting the order had to slow down. (Like slow slow down, like hooked on phonics) then I had to go back and be louder. After all that I wait for almost fifteen minutes for an order less than 10$ and no chicken items. After waiting, the other cars that came after me were served before me while the carhop had my items. Get my items, the order is wrong. Then I complained through the speaker that my item was wrong. I was asked if I wanted to BUY a new one. I then was told I wasn’t speaking loud enough again. So I had to loudly and slowly explain that they messed up the drink. I was then asked if they wanted to bring out the ingredients so I could make it myself or if I really wanted them to they could remake it. At this point I’m fuming and I’m like I’ll buy a new one or whatever just give me the correct item I asked for. Almost five more minutes roll buy and get again the carhop is serving and chatting the cars next to me at this point I’m done trying to get the correct order and I drove off. I placed my order online and as soon as I realized it did not have the correct pickup time I immediately called the store and let them know that I would not be picking that order up until 10:05 please do not make that order ahead of time I would like it fresh they told me that they understood they got it they got me I show up to pick up the order I spent 7 minutes in the Drive-Thru another 5 minutes at the window just to get the order to realize after driving off that they did not give me the slush my husband works exactly 1 mi from there I dropped the food off to him came back and picked up another order for the half price shakes and got my slush and while I'm in the middle of picking up that order my husband calls me and tells me how disgusting this food is how old and cold it was tater tots were old and cold the hot dog as you can see is disgustingly old the management of this location has gone way down I just cannot even believe the food that we got I would like this order replaced and I know that they had to make it early because the two cups of ice that I ordered were half melted and so was my ice cream it would just be the right thing for them to make me some fresh food because this is...

Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered online for my order to be picked up at 6:26 a.m. I arrived about 2 minutes before that time, and proceeded to wait at a stall for 10 minutes. After pressing the button to check on my order, because it said that someone was on the way with my order--I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. Now from what I could see it was short-staffed on the inside. I asked the person who came onto the speaker what was the holdup, and if they were in fact short staffed. She proceeded to let me know that this was the case. And I apologized. It still took another five minutes for me to have my drinks brought out. I asked where was the food and she told me that the manager was bringing it behind her?! He proceeded to continue to talk at another stall instead of bringing my food. When he got to me I asked what was the issue and he scolded me for ordering chili at 6AM. IF YOU SERVE IT I CAN ORDER IT. What a stupid thing to say instead of apologizing for the wait time.
