Horrible experience today 6/8/19 at around 3pm. They did not have the bread I wanted and were out of two kinds of cookies. A bummer, but not a big deal. But then I presented the woman making my sub (who I later found out was the manager) my coupon for a free deluxe upgrade and I waited while she looked it up on her computer. After a few minutes she told me the only coupon she could find was a free cookie coupon and I said "that's okay, could I please just not be charged for the deluxe upgrade?" And she said "well I can't just give you a deluxe upgrade for free," and I tried telling her that I wouldn't have gotten the upgrade if I had known her computer didn't have my coupon. I told her I hadn't encountered a problem before and I've been receiving text coupons from Subway for months, and this coupon wasn't supposed to expire for three days. She proceeded to be rude and tell me she wouldn't give me the discount and tried to make it seem like I was the one trying to cheat her. That was the worst part. If she had smoothed it over by giving me my cookie for free (I was buying a cookie too) since she seemed to have that coupon in lieu of the free deluxe upgrade, there would've been no problem. But instead she had a poor attitude and because of that I left without buying anything and drove five miles to the next closest Subway to get my dinner. All I wanted after driving around all day was to be able to sit down at home and eat my Subway sandwich without a hassle. I won't be back at...
Read moreShort mid older lady with glasses just straight up makes customers feel uncomfortable with the conversations she has with the other coworker, intentionally talking about “nothing can be changed on these sandwiches no matter what, it doesn’t matter what they want, they can’t even toast it.” (Some promotion where the first 50 sandwiches were free). Ended up making this older couple feel uncomfortable with ordering those to the point they just left. There’s another worker, an older woman with longer dark brown hair and her attitude/vibe makes you feel like you’re bothering them to order. While all this they are just complaining and griping about everything from annoying customers to complaining about have “ 50 phone calls this morning from freaking customers” to people not ordering fast enough or trying to change the sandwich. I come to this Walmart all the time for academy and this is just an embarrassment of employees you got working here, it’s shame cause it’s almost always like this. Took all this in while just eating my sandwich at the table, food was decent as always. The two woman really need to have their people skills and customer service skills as a whole reevaluated. So...
Read moreI go hear from time to time, more in the summer though. I went last Friday, and the woman in front of me was ordering a salad. Guy putting it together was great. She got to the till, and got a $20 charge .... for a salad! She was not happy. The cashier was like, you changed this for that, and that for this, and extra something else. The woman walked away with no salad. Now subway is left with a $20 salad they have to through away. Could've made the customer happy and not charged $20. My turn, BLT, 6" white. Told the guy, don't be cheap with the bacon . Got 5 pieces. Cashier ... how much bacon you put on that? Responds, 5 pieces. Cashier, it only gets 4. OK little dictator... you have now lost 2 customers in a row. Subway, quit nickel and diming your customers. You're a multi million dollar corporation, and you've lost touch with what...
