McDonald’s — Restaurant in Longview

I can't give them a higher rating cause they don't care about their customers most people go to them cause they are affordable not cause the servic is great. I normally go threw the drive threw and sadly a family of 3 and if my wife and step son are with me we are a family of 5 but most of the time it's just me and my boys and about everytime they mess something up I think fast food restaurants should only be able to take people who can pass a common sense test cause I worked at McDonald's before and it's not that difficult to listen to how a customer wants something made and it's mostly just this store I'm out probably 500.00 hundred on the last 3 or 4 months cause they either don't make the order right or they put the wrong food in the bag and the new thing this place is doing is beyond low they have a deal to buy a 20 peice chicken nugget with any 2 sizes or fries free even if you order a large they take enough out so it ends up not being a large and it's not a mistake either cause I had my buddy follow me threw there on more than one occasion he orders a large frie and a large coke and gets what he pats for I get the deal and get a large put of both I'm suppose to get for free and this ain't the only way they cheat their customers but yeah its not right why ask if we have a deal code if your just going to screw us...

I have ate at McDonald's for I don't know how long, and I've never had such bad service this today. I ordered the Grandma Mcflurry, when she handed it to me the first time it was a half cup and it looked like it had been sitting out to long. It has melted all the way down. I told the lady I didn't want that to make me another one.. She took it back, Came back it looked slightly better but it was a half cup. Know that I've had this before and it didn't look like that. But... I took it anyways because I was on my lunch break.. The service at this one place is horrible especially the morning crew. They always get my order wrong and then when I tell them , they get an attitude. This is not ok. Corporate please know what's going on in your store because apparently someone is not walking around watching their associates as they take care of...

I am appalled at the lack of common sense and care these employees put into a customers order!! It's not the price, although it's not always cheap, my by God! Everytime I come here THE ORDER IS ALWAYS INCORRECT! And the employees, let alone "managers" truly could care less! This morning I had to go get breakfast for everyone at my work. 12 burritos, 6 sausage biscuits, 2 Steak egg and cheese begals, with about 2 pounds of condiments thrown on top ALL CRAMMED INTO ONE BAG?!?!? $58 Layer and the girl hands me the bag and it rips. I said something to the girl who handed it to me and all I get back is "sorry I didn't bag it". No manager was available...I get it back to work and half of it was so smooshed it was not edible!!! What a SORRY excuse! Save your time, money and energy! Go somewhere else where communication is never an...
