Taco Bell — Restaurant in Longview

I give this PLACE NO STAR RATING. THE EMPLOYEES WAS VERY RUDE. While taking our order the charge us almost $9 in up charges for the family taco packs without letting us know when we asked questions and explained that we was not paying $9 to remove the up charge and change our order the employee then came over the speaker and explained very rudely that she had done made the tacos and we could not change it. I again told them I was not paying for the $9 of up charge after this she totaled our order out to almost $50 we had only order 2 family packs the $10.99 packs 2 carmel apple slushies and a large unsweetened tea. When we got to the window the young woman proceeded to tell me the total knocked it down to $35 and some change. I handed her my sisters card and she handed me the unsweetened tea IT HAD NO ICE AT ALL. when asked if we could get some ice put in the tea because it was warm she got rude again and rolled her eyes at us. She said I can NOT take the cup back through the window so i asked for just a cup of ice to pour the tea over. She made another glass and handed it to us. When we got the rest of our order we proceeded on our trip home and found that all the tacos in the bags was slopped together the topping and everything was in globes along the outside of the soft taco shells on the wrapper. SOME WHERE SO WET BECAUSE OF THE TOPPING THAT THE PAPER WRAPPER was sticking to the tortilla shell. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER TRIP TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE POOR SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THE UNBELIEVABLY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LATE NIGHT TRIPS AS TO US IT SEEMED AS IF THE CASHIER WAS JUST TRYING TO MAKE SOME QUICK BUCKS OFF OF OVER CHARGING US FOR...

Nothing wrong with the food. However, when I arrived there was nobody in line ahead of me, and one car at the drive thru window. The employee at the drive thru told someone (via the headset) "front counter". About 4 minutes later 2 groups of people walked in (6 people in total). About 2 minutes after that, the employee from the kitchen area brought one bag of food to the drive thru window., looked toward the now 7 of us standing in line at the front counter and walked back into the kitchen area. The person working the drive thru has not taken an order this whole time and was just hang in out by the window, doing nothing. About 3 more minutes pass and the larger group of people in line give up and leave, so now there are 3 of us in line and no customers in the drive thru. About 2 more minutes pass and the drive thru guy comes over and takes my order, but not the order of the people behind me. I ordered a grilled stuffed burrito combo, soft taco instead of a crunchy one, a total of 2 items. About 7 minutes later, the kitchen worker brings my food out and then takes the order of the people that are still waiting in line, at this point there were still no drive thru orders that had come in. I sit down, and taken about 10 minutes to eat, then get a drink refill before I leave. As I was walking out the door, the group of 2 people that were in line behind me, were just receiving there food. I love taco bell! But I will not be stopping by this...

I actually give them 0 stars but they make u give them atleast 1. We stopped here at 1:15 am bc we KNOW they dont close until 3 am bc we have eaten there on several occasions plus the times on the door so closing times obvious. Well we walked up 2 the door and the girl inside runs up real fast and locks the door and rudely tells us they're closed. I asked since when and why does the sign say 3am she sais Idk and then just walks right back over 2 her group of friends that were inside, eating might I add and just goes back 2 hanging out, ignoring us. I called 2 talk 2 the manager and was told she was busy then got hung up on. This is the 1st time we've decided 2 give them another chance in quite a while since the last time we ate there we both got sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL 2 ANYONE. If u want taco bell I'd just go find another 1 this 1 isn't worth the trash that's always on the floor inside. They obviously dont want ur money so take it...
