Starbucks — Restaurant in Longview

This is consistently the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff are kind, but clearly out of their depth when it comes to processing orders and doing so correctly. Even if there is only one car ahead of one in the queue, be prepared for an extended wait.

Additionally, they seem to have trouble managing their supplies. Today I ordered a Venti drink and was told they were out of Venti cups. This is literally one of three key inputs to your product - how do you not have cups?

Everything has always been good. Except for sometimes they put extra ice instead of light ice in my latte. This morning they handed it to me with extra ice and I immediately said oh wow I asked for light ice and she said ok we'll remake it. So she handed the remade one and I went home. Well it still has extra ice. I took all the ice out with a spoon and now I have less than half of a veinte latte. They had been serving me good for a long time and we're really nice but for some reason that has changed even those it's still the same...

Usually i get great service here i make the drive all the way over here because of the service but tonight i went and the girl at the register was rude and was like laughing first she under charged me and didnt tell me i realized she didnt give me my change back then was told by a nicer girl that she initially hadn’t even charged me right to begin with .. they close at 10 and i came at 9 she had a attitude like if i came 5 minutes before closing .. so dont come...
