I visited this location shortly over a week ago and thought about making this review. I decided to give a one star to this store for multiple reasons. I ordered a simple egg sausage biscuit meal with a large OJ. With that said they took my order, rolled to the first window to pay. The cashier was a young male that seemed new as I have been to this location on several occasions. He didn't give me a receipt even tho I ask for one and he said he would make sure to print it to out in my bag. Then he asked me roll to the next window, a older lady handed me my food(no receipt in my bag). I ask her for it and she proceeded to tell me that the OJ machine is empty and currently refilling it. Asked me to drive into a drive thru parking space and they will bring it out. Never mentions the receipt so I ask again as she says that she will make sure I get one. 20 mins waiting the parking space and mind you this is in the morning before work so you guessed it, I'm already late since I waited so long. So I mask up and go into the eating lounge to the front desk.....it gets worst.🤷🏾♂️ I stand by the pick up food area and waited on to see a manager but none of employees spoke to me while I stood there. Reason being they were caring on about a outside work conversation, plus they were only helping the customer stood in line. After they helped about five or six folks and about another 5 to 8 mins have gone by then but I stayed patient. What really rubbed me the wrong way is I saw the OJ machine being used and one of the customer that was helped was handed a OJ...So I did my best to ask for help at that point because I was starting engage hangriness.🤷🏾♂️ One of young ladies helped me with the OJ but by that time it's been over 30 mins of my work time that I cannot get back. And still no receipt. While driving back to work I called the store to speak to the store manager....what a joke. But I guess it was in me not to get a customer service standard response instead the manager argued that she cannot refund me till she sees the bag and food. I explained to her about my experience and with no remorse in voice nor skill to even try to help the situation. She told me that is all she can do. So I hung up and while telling her I will contact corporate and all social media platforms till I get an answer for my treatment. I know mistakes can happen but this was too far. I will no long visit...
Read moreDoes not even deserve a star, I walked in today to order my lunch with my family on our way to Daytona. And my husband order a 20 piece nuggets, with that you should receive 4 containers of sauce. Upon receiving my order my husband see that there is 1 missing sauce. So the manager that is handing him the food has the other pack of sauce on her hand, he politely ask to get the sauce that she is holding. (Angie) the "manager" literally walked away from him with the sauce on her hand. He got so angry that asked the young man at the counter to please give him more sauce. As if we were not paying for the meal or something. So now I look at my fries and I see there is a pound of salt on them. I got up and ask for the new batch of large fries and hand it to once again the "manager". She says clearly "WELL NOW YOU GET A MEDIUM FRIES". It took me a while to process what she had just said to me since I was shocked of what I had just heard. I said excuse me? She says yes do you see you took half the fries out, now you get a medium. I couldn't contain myself of the barbarous thing I had heard inside a McDonald's. I said to her you better give me what I paid for and stop acting like you own the place. She clearly does not have any management skills. Treats her customers like garbage, and let's not even start with the employees. They are terrified of her. being a business owner myself I would deff have this lady removed. You are loosing business with this evil hostile person inside...
Read moreWe Ordered Lunch from Here Today Using a Deal we Had on the Drive-Thru Code. We had to Keep Repeating it Over and Over Again. We were Told That we Were Making It Harder Than It Needed and That we Just Needed to Say What We Wanted to Order. We Proceeded to Tell The Worker That We Wanted and Deal + the Other Stuff We Order She Then Proceeds to Say That She Doesn't What Deal we Have. We Told Her What the Deal was and Then She Said That's All we Had to Say the Whole Time! LIKE WHAT!!?? THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE DOING!!!!!! She Says to Pull up to the First Window. So When We Get to the Window She Said That the Deal Wouldn't Go Through! She Then Proceeded to Go and Get the Manager and the Manager Said Everything was Fine and Then Gave us Our Receipt. We Get our and Then as We're Driving Home We Notice That We Didn't Get Our 2 Medium Fries (We Got 1 of Them But Not the 2nd One). So I Go Inside and Tell the Lady at the Counter That we Didn't Get our 2nd Medium Fry. She Then Said That She Would Talk to the Manager and See What They Can Do. The Manager Then Sends Her Back with our Food I Had handed Her and She Came Over. She Said That they Would Get us One More. The Manager Then Walks Over and Says That Will $3.99!! I SAID WHAT!!!!??? I Told Her That we Had Already Paid for It and Just Didn't Receive It. She Then Said Oh k Sorry for the Inconvenience. All That I Can Say is That I Will Not Be Taking My Family Back There for Quite Some Time! I Do Not Recommend...
