Sean was incredibly professional and organized. He took the time to understand our needs and worked closely with us to ensure everything was set up perfectly for our group. His passion for laser tag was evident, and it made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The equipment was top-notch, and the setup was seamless. The kids loved the excitement of the game, and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and friendly competition. Sean and his staff were patient, energetic, and made sure we were set up for success.

I went through 10 different companies and read their reviews. Bounce and Blast is the last one and they have a lot of options for the water slides and other rental needs that I'm looking for. It also has the Best price! Not to mention that I saw my coworker's 5* review which I confirmed. Anyway, the ordering and communication are a breeze and Sean made sure that the water slide I want would fit in the space we have by googling the area. They came on time to set up everything. Everyone had a blast during the party. They haven't seen something that huge and so fun! The kids asked their parents to get one for their birthdays and some parents asked for their contact number. We had a wonderful experience with our bounce house/slide rental! The whole process was easy - communication was great, delivery and setup was on time, and Sean was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making sure we wouldn’t accidentally trip the circuit while the bounce house was in use. The bounce house itself was clean, in great condition, and better than I even expected. Sean took his time to explain everything, and ultimately the bounce house was the highlight of the party (for kids and adults alike!) Excellent experience, I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future....
