Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Lorain

Vic is the most disrespectful manager at this location. I ordered bbq bone-in wings and cheesy bread for dinner for my teenage daughter. After a 45 minute wait, they delivered boneless chicken bites with dipping sauce. Whenever I called to complain they wanted me to give back the chicken dippers and wait an additional 20 minutes to feed my kid. I live 5 minutes away from the store and order often. In fact, I ordered pizza for my grandkids for lunch. It has never taken this long in the 6 years I've lived here. Nor has anyone ever been this disrespectful towards me. When I tried to explain I have worked restaurant management and customer service positions, Vic told me she doesn't care how long I've worked in customer service and management field that I can report it to whomever I want. When I told her I would not order from them again she stated she didn't care. I said; "of course not, you're not the business owner." As rude as she was being,I was leary of getting new wings tonight for fear of her doing...

This past Friday night (5/9), I ordered a late night dinner after viewing Yelp. I placed my order through my yelp app which in turn sent GrubHub my order to process. The app never updated letting my know my order was on its way, just that it was late. But it had arrived and was placed outside the apartment building, no messages sent by the driver, nobody buzzed the door, I had no idea my order was even picked up yet alone delivered. It’s 45 degrees out, so who knows how long it sat on the concrete but my food was cold and I was not pleased. I called Marcos, realized my online-ordering mistake, and they sent their own driver with my fresh food!! I was surprised by the understanding and kindness that was shown, I am definitely ordering from here and THOUGH here again!!! Shoutout...

So I've been ordering from here for almost 2 yrs I've kept with them even when one of their delivery drivers took a $30 tip for himself off of my PayPal I still stayed with these people now I just ordered from them again my subs have barely any meat on them tons of mayo which I asked for light mayonnaise the cheesy bread isn't even cheesy it's all bread with a sprinkle of cheese so I called to complain and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it I will never order from these people again they had an attitude and were unprofessional and pretty much told me I had to deal with it offered...
