I can't even begin to say how disappointing it is to go to this McDonald's. You go because you have no choice there's no other McDonald's close by and you really like their coffee and you stand there for 12 minutes and have to leave and still haven't received a large macchiato and a small black coffee while all these coffees are going out the window through the drive-thru and going out in front of you . Three large coffees and two small coffees while I'm still standing there and all they have to do is put the cup up to the machine and push the button and the machine makes the caramel macchiato. . And of course I'm not happy. But when I call to let them know that I'll be back later to receive the coffee's I just spent $5 on and have to walk out to clock in at my job. The manager that answers the phone gives me an attitude like I'm the one that messed up I didn't even have an attitude and I'm the one that doesn't have my stuff that I paid for. When I tell her I'll be back to get my coffee and my $5 she hung up on me. This isn't my first problem with this location I put myself through it by going back but this is ridiculous you do have to have a high-school diploma to work there so if you're all educated why can't we just push a button for some coffee. And No they didn't tell me that the machine wasn't working they just said it'll be right out and 12 minutes later it never came out. I'm going to call corporate as well because to be unprofessional on the phone with someone at anytime and you hold a management title it's not okay if you don't like your job you should step to the side and let somebody else work there because somebody else can do...
Read morewas told that he received my app code , when i got to the window i was told that the system was down- told him that’s not my fault& you confirmed my code so i shouldn’t have to pay full price &i jus got a blank stare from the employee. told him to remove a cpl items from the order … i received the wrong order, when i called& spoke to a woman, explained to her that i told the window person to adjust& ring me up for 2 items, she says “but you paid for such& such” explained i told the window to ring me up for 2 specific items but i received the wrong order , she then said “you can” then was hung up on. i called back& said that you hung up on me before i could understand or reply to what you said, she told me to “come up & get the food then” .. when i get there, the same woman gives me my bag with a miserable/nasty look on her face, doesn’t speak, apologize or say have a good morning or anything to me the slams the window shut ..i’ll never understand it… if you’re so miserable at your job , why did you accept it in the first place if you get mad/frustrated at complaints that your employees (on your watch) screw up , you don’t want the job, or you or can’t/wont provide basic customer...
Read moreI deliver for DoorDash and thanks to this location I was over an hour late for dropping food off to customer. As a driver for DoorDash I carry a card they give drivers to make payments at restaurants. The lady in the drive-thru runs it multiple times as a debit card and the machine required a pin, which DoorDash does not give. I had to leave the line, contact support to clear up the mess, got back in line (which took 10-15 minutes just to be able to order), everything works wonderfully now, get the food, check the food to make sure my customer's order is all there and of course...missing an item. Lobby being closed due to construction I had to wait another 10-15mins to get to squawk box, no problem they'll have it ready when I get to the pick up window. What should have been a half hour (picking up the food and delivering it) turned into a fiasco lasting well over an hour and three times waiting in line. Customer's food is cold by the time I get it to them and my rating is now low...
