If i could give them 0 stars I would. Last night I was at Wendy's drive through with only one person ahead of me. It took about 10 mins for them to take her order then it was my turn. I was told hold on as soon as I pulled up. Waited another 10 mins for my order to be taken, and another 10 for them to give me my food. When I got home they gave me someone else's order bacon sandwiches. I go back they apologize read my order back & remake my chicken sandwiches. They still were not right I added cheese and onions which i payed for extra so idk why she was mad, she read it back to me but still fixed them wrong, so the manager came out to my car she looked high as a kite eyes bugged out face all sunken in, she took the sandwiches went in put cheese and onions on and gave them back which took 10 more mins. At that point I told her I just wanted a refund, y'all messing my food up and i don't want to eat spit sandwiches so just let me get a refund. She told me we don't give refunds. So I stayed in the line until she would deal with me amicably. She would not take my name and give it to her boss so I can handle it accordingly and wouldn't give me a refund so I sat there for 40 mins& shut the whole line down and she still wanted to give me a hard time like I did something wrong, clapping her hands telling me to move out the line like she wanted to fight or something. The police came, and pretty much told me to go over her head to Corp but I cant hold up the line head which is what I did I already talked to Corp. They are sending my $16 and a $100 gift card. So Y'all lost out on all that $ it was at least 8 cars behind me, over $16. I just wanted to waste their time like they did mine waiting almost 30 mins to get my food then go all the way home to be wrong and they remake it its wrong again. Smh piss poor service. Read moreThis is by the far the WORST WENDY’S LOCATION!!! Please do not order from here if you actually want what you ordered! It seems like their whole goal is to give you everything WRONG or MISSING. I ordered my meal off DoorDash today and it was one thing right after the other. First, I immediately could see I did not get my frosty, and was replaced with what I believe was cherry coke. Alright, whatever. Then I open the bag. NO FRIES. NO SAUCES FOR MY NUGGETS (Which, by the way, were rock hard). Alright, whatever I was really only looking forward to the burger anyway. I unravel my burger and take a bite just to find my burger is also wrong. They went to town adding plenty of onions and pickles and then completely forgot the lettuce and mayonnaise that I ordered. It was disgusting. Not to mention the bottom bun of my burger felt stale-like and was hard to bite through. This experience tonight was honestly the CHERRY ON TOP to my previous experiences with this Wendy’s as a DoorDash driver, where they close early while orders are still coming in. Imagine being a DoorDash driver and you drive alllllll the way to this Wendy’s that is stated open on both DoorDash, Google, AND flyers posted around the building, just for the employees to tell you they’re closed? I’ve had DoorDash orders for this Wendy’s location come back-to-back through my phone where I’ve had to tell them “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do they closed early.” Horrible service. Read moreAt this point- I’m not sure how this location is still in business. overall the customer service, business operations, management, the downline..- everything should be reconsidered, evaluated and improved at this location . I waited in line for approximately 30minutes which was not an issue at first because It was very busy time period. However once I get up to the front desk to tell the employee my order , she said “I’m bout to stop taking orders for awhile so” and just looked at me and walked off to make mobile orders that just came in. Mind you there’s a hell of a line building up behind me but nevertheless, I wait patiently another 15 minutes. She comes back to take my order and I ask for a taco salad . And of course!! they did not have any taco salads 🙃 So again as a business why are we advertising things we don’t have ? This is not the first time I had this issue at this location. But it will be the last. Wasting people’s time, money and energy coming here just for below par service. Corporate/Management/ somebody needs to do better at equipping this establishment so that employees can do their job efficiently, and with quality. And maybe training on time management/ allotment and compartmentalization- if there’s a line of 15 people or more in store/ in front of you why are we actively making online orders for people who are not present at the moment?
