A&T Burgers #2 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

this location is a location off of 94th and Avalon and it's actually not the location that was offensive to me and my friend it was the Imperial and Avalon location but no matter and the brand is all in the same they are owned by the same person and the Hispanic pregnant woman at the Imperial location literally got my friends order wrong she ordered the family pact with four burgers okay and all she wanted was cheese on 3 of them and one with no cheese no lettuce and no tomato and what do you think she got all three burgers no cheese and the one with no cheese it has cheese and tomatoes and lettuce she checked their food before she left and she told them it was wrong when she brought it up to the pregnant cashier she told her you know what you're rude and you don't have to talk to me like that and my friend was like what the f* you mean I'm rude yall got my order wrong and I paid my money for this it's rude for you to not just take it back fix it and apologize she then proceeded to tell my friend that "you know you can get touched, you can get handled don't talk to me like that" once she said that it started my friend went ballistic the police were called the police came back and end up making them Apologize by you know refunding her money or making it again but because they had did all of that my friend didn't want the food she got her money back and she yes didn't go to jail they did counsel the pregnant cashier about making threats but for this reason I'm giving this location in every location a f* low star score rating because we need to do better customer service is a part of you guys getting our / the customers money and if we're giving you the money you can at least give us the service not just a f* item that we paid for how would you like it if we said hey let me get a burger and through that f* money at your f* face and the fact that she still was working the next day, that she's still working now and nothing happened to her lets me know that this restaurant brand is ran by a person who do not care about the...

This is my first time here.my boyfriend has been here he says before. We were driving to Hawkins house of burger but that was a mistake as there was no parking and line was around the corner.so I looked for burgers near me and this was one of the suggesgions.as I read my boyfriend the suggestions he said "oh yea I've been there before it's good"

So we go with 2 little girls in tow.we got the family pack of 4 with cheese ,we just substituted 2 of the fries for chili cheese fries for $1.99 more each substitution.our total was $27.34

There was nothing special about the burger to me.however they do supply thousand island sauce.there doesn't seem to be any in the burger though.the regular fries were pretty good but what had me sold was there chili cheese fries .it reminded me of weinerschnitzel chili cheese dogs .....but better than the weinerschnitzel chili fries.i love there fries.i enjoyed the oldies music and the service was quick and accurate even though we made some plain and some not.ovet all we may come here again.although we normally don't visit the same place twice.we ate in.there was hardly...

I love live love the food BUT soooo really dislike the staff. The staff is rude and act as if they hate their jobs and people. In the 10ish years that I’ve been a customer I think maybe twice I got a smile from a cashier who don’t believe is there anymore and the young lady that’s at the pick up window.....well I could go on and on but I really think she needs serious training in customer service with a hug at the end. Can you imagine how much more your customers and business would increase If you enforced polite customer service on your staffs? I for sure would go a lot more often and would definitely refer you to friends and family but for now I’ll keep you guys to myself. I would never refer anyone to a place with rude customer service no matter how good the food is.
