Lupitas Banquet Hall — Attraction in Los Angeles

We had my daughter Sweet 16 at this location. It is beyond beautiful. Parking could be better. Parking is very limited. Packages are great. They offer everything. Payment options is available and great and needs to be paid off 1 month before event. The owner and her assistant who show location and packages are very nice ans friendly. The man who receives payments is rude and very cold not professional at all. He personally has no good social/ communication skills.

The one thing that I personally didn't like was not having more time the day before to set up last details. They only offered a few hours and with LA traffic was a mission. They also needed us to be out 1 hr after so that too was not helpful after party was over. Would be nice if they could offer more time if/when needed.

Overall this place was beautiful, perfect for what my daughter wanted. The only thing I would say is they should offer more time the night before to do drop offs and after the party to pick up. For the amount of money we pay they should be flexible and...

Went to a Quince there last weekend and the place is pretty nice and really good food but the service is not .. we told one of the people who served food that we needed 7 plates and nope he never came back .. we told another one n nothing until one came and told us have u eat i will bring u plates .. also one women who was serving drinks was being rude she came and slam the pitcher of soda into our table .. and when the brindis was about to start the servers they just pass n pass next to our table and never gave us a champagne they just look at us meanwhile they put in some other table ..Iam Really...

I called this place and asked how there rental services work, the man that answers said everything is package based, I explained that it was okay then simply because I already have a set up in mind and just wanted a hall, I said thank you anyway and the man asked for what date are you looking for and I said the date he right away said we don’t have that date anyway literally responded quick about it!
