Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I came in to pick up my order that I ordered at 9:15 p.m. was told 10 minutes I ordered two pizzas one pepperoni and one pizza with pineapple sausage and Ham arrived at Little Caesars at 9:30 my order still wasn't ready come 9:45 the cashier comes out to me and hands me two boxes of pizza I opened the boxes to inspect them my order was correct and low and behold I have two pepperoni pizzas when I dress the cashier saving my order was incorrect she stated we're only selling pepperoni pizzas right now because we're closing soon at 10:00 what is the point of staying open till 10:00 that is where your hours are stated online and on the door if you're not going to make the customers orders completely ridiculous I've been to multiple Little Caesars close to closing time and I've never been denied my order because they're going...

Came in to get a pizza for my kids on my lunch break. The person that took my order told me 10-15 mins of wait. I ordered at 1:15 and didn’t get my pizza until 1:45. A lady that works there ordered a lot more stuff and ordered at 1:23 and at 1:30 she had her food already. I complained to the guy and he got bothered and seemed to be making my pizza angrily that didn’t bother to make it properly. The way they made my pizza I’m sure is not up to Little Caesars protocol standards. What these employees literally told me without saying it is my time is not important and is not valued as a customer because the employee there is in a rush to get home! That is horrible customer service...
