Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The staff need to be fired and for this Taco Bell to be shut down. I’ve had too many problems with “THIS” Taco Bell. Workers are rude for no reason, they’re forever screwing up on my orders, and they close at 1am. I can try to order food at 11 at the latest and they would cancel my order when they’re open till 1! They do it on purpose! I tried calling to see what was up and they canceled my order instead of picking up the phone. Mind you, I ordered early at 11, had to wait almost 40minutes till they canceled without giving an explanation.

I've purchased taco bell at different locations but never have been to a taco bell where the portions are so small they even add another tortilla to the burritos to make it seem like there's actual ingredients inside. Also, they are always asking to go to the parking lot because they don't want their timer to go off at the drive thru window which is very inconvenient since you can't turn left to go back to parking lot. Legally you are not supposed to cross the double yellow lines so you would have to go around to go back in the parking lot. They should just ask u to wait at the window and then you don't have to go around. Don't expect much from this location. Also the workers are always rude when they make you go to parking lot. They don't answer the phone anymore so if your order is wrong you will have to go back. I simply ordered a 5 layer burrito & a crunchy taco & what I got was a crunchy taco and a single tortilla with a half spoon full of beans, & barely any cheese, rolled up & BENT. ALSO, my boyfriend ordered a box special and they put the wrong cheese in his. Was supposed to be the yellow melted cheese and he got shredded white and yellow cheese. Be sure to check your orders before you leave!! (I usually do and I should have this time) I've called 7 times. I'm not going back because 1) it's 10pm and 2) I just finished a 10 hour shift.
