Ameci pizza &pasta — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This was my first visit at Ameci. Although Ameci was highly recommended by family, and the gentleman who greeted me and took my order was very nice, it was the worst sandwich I've ever had! It was obvious that the cook -a tall husky man- had in attitude, and seemed to be upset about my order. I ordered the chicken cutlet parmesan sandwich. The cook prepared it the whole time with anger, throwing everything around, rushing, just bad! I took my sandwich to go and when I got home, I could not believe what I was looking at! It was the thinnest piece of chicken, cut in half and used to fill both half of the hero. It hardly had cheese, very light sauce and the chicken was extremely dry. I put everything from half my hero onto the other half, but it did not fill it! I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED, DISSATISFIED! I DID NOT PAY 2.00 FOR THIS! IT WAS AN 11.00 BILL! I threw the sandwich out and went to the IN-N-OUT for a burger. I never do reviews but this experience has been bothering me. This is my first review about food ever. I usually just never return after an experience like this. I'll try Ameci one more time, maybe at the Topanga location, but never at the Ventura Blvd location. I hope they do something about the cooks attitude. I'm sure it will hurt them...

Ordered a pizza for pick up 20 minutes before they closed. I made sure to ask if I was still in time to order. The person who took my order said yes. I was at the pizza place with 5 minutes to spare only to be waved away. When I called to ask that they let me in, they answered the phone and just left me talking to myself. They wouldn't talk to me, and you could clearly hear people talking in the background. So...

Placed order at 6PM for scheduled delivery at 9PM. They called at 8:30 to let us know that they are closing right now and will not be able to fulfill the order without leaving any time for us to order somewhere else. Honestly, this is not acceptable. I would never order...
