I strongly not recommend this place. This why you should not never order from this place. 4 days before my husband’s birthday, I ordered a fruit cake from her. This was my first time and I warned her that I did not understand anything about it. She assured that it will be tasty and will do in the best possible way. I wrote her an text message as she requested and with the look of the cake, the design and the time when it will be taken. Everything went well until the moment when my friend came to her to the bakery. We had to make a surprise for the birthday man and time was very important. When the friend came for a present, the owner was sitting at the table, drinking tea with someone. After that, the confectioner said that the cake was not ready and began to come up with excuses for something like she thought it was delivery and in general I had to confirm it again, but the cake was ready, she said need to make a design and it will take another hour. By the way, the design was very simple. You can see it in the photos. I was shocked by this news and asked my friend to buy a cake at the whole food. Friend refused. After she wrote that the child was sitting on the table where the cakes are made. It definitely convinced me of irresponsibility and a bad attitude to her work. An hour later, she made the design. IT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM what I sent to her. My friend paid her the agreed $ 60 and left. The cake was not tasty, a lot of bread, not enough fruit, but the cream was okay. Of the 13 people, few people liked it and after 4 days it still stands in the refrigerator. This is not a tasty place with irresponsible workers and this whole situation spoiled the mood and surprise. It seems to me that in any other pastry shop they will do better. Again not recommend that place worst food, poor design, terrable service. Waste time and money

Я катастрофически не советую это место. Никогда не заказываете тут и вот почему. За 4 дня до Дня Рождения моего мужа я заказала у нее фруктовый торт. Это был мой первый раз и я ее предупредила что ничего в этом не понимаю. Она уверяла что будет вкусно и сделает в лучшем виде. Я написала ей смс как она и просила с видом торта, дизайном и временем когда его заберут. Все шло хорошо до того момента, когда моя подруга приехала к ней в пекарню. Мы должны были сделать сюрприз для именинника и время было очень важно. Когда подруга пришла за подарком хозяйка сидела за столом, пила чай с кем-то. После кондитер сообщил что торт не готов и начала придумывать оправдания что-то типа она думала что это доставка и вообще я должна подтвердить ещё раз, но торт готов, нужно сделать дизайн и это займёт ещё час. К слову дизайн был очень простой. Его можите увидеть в фотографиях. Я была шокирована этой новостью и попросила подругу купить торт в хол фудс. Она отказалась. После она написала что на столе, где готовят торты сидел ребёнок. Это меня точно убедило в безответсвенности и плохом отношении к своей работе. Спустя час она сделал дизайн ОБСАЛЮТНО не тот что я ей отправляла. Моя подруга заплатила ей оговорённые 60$ и уехала. Торт был не вкусным, много хлеба, мало фруктов, но крем был нормальный. Из 13 человек мало кому понравился и спустя 4 дня он до сих пор стоит в холодильнике. Это не вкусное место с безотвественными работниками и вся эта ситуация испортила настроение и сюрприз. Мне кажется в любой другой кондитерской...

So my girlfriend went here to surprise me with a few slices of cake. The cake looked beautiful... but it was just for show.

She bought a strawberry tart, a chocolate cake with gold leaf on top, a slice of cheesecake, and a slice of strawberry shortcake.

Both the chocolate and the strawberry shortcake were extremely dry to the point we had to spit it out. I mean the chocolate cake tased like rye bread it was so tasteless and dry. It's like they were a month old. The cheesecake taste rubbery and dry as well. The tart had a soggy bottom as if it had been sitting for a long time before it sold.

We couldn't eat any of them so we threw it all away. I normally wouldn't write a review like this except for I feel like we got robbed. I haven't had any of the food but I would definitely pass on dessert.

These bakeries have to throw out the cake that doesn't sell after a few days instead of trying to trick customers into taking it home. It doesn't matter how beautiful the cake is if it's a complete and utter disappointment once it reaches your mouth. At $7-$10 per slice this should be a crime. Find a way to preserve freshness or toss it. It's not worth destroying...

We placed an order over the phone for 4 turkey club sandwiches and were told it would take 20 minutes. We got there and although order was placed at 11:45 we didnt leave until 12:45. We get to the office and open the sandwiches to enjoy for lunch and literally all 4 of us are shocked. First off the Turkey sandwich is made with HAM! Second, the menu clearly states the sandwich comes with mozzarella and we got american cheese that's sooo runny after this sandwich was heated that we couldnt even eat it. I’m assuming since it took them an hour to make a sandwich and none of the ingredients matched to the menu they probably didn’t have the ingredients and walked to the Shell gas station across the street and got whatever they could find.
