Called in 20 minutes before closing on a Monday night and they had no problem accommodating my order and even waited outside for my buddy and I to pull up in the parking lot. I ordered a Kluckin combo #2 and a Kluckin Bowl. On my Kluckin combo #2 I ordered 1 mild chicken sandwich and a hot chicken sandwich. Both had great flavor and nothing was too overpowering. The chicken was tender and the cole slaw complimented it well along with the pickles. The Kluckin sauce was delicious, make sure to get extra orders of it to save for later. The French roll wasn’t anything too impressive, but it still did the job. The Kluckin bowl was GIANT portion of fries topped with chopped chicken tenders, cole slaw, pickles, and the Kluckin Sauce. If you want the biggest bang for your buck, this is for sure what you should order. Overall great experience. It’s no Howlin Ray’s or Dave’s Hot Chicken, but this is absolutely a great hot chicken spot to get if you’re in the area and want something good without having to wait in insane lines!

My friends wanted me to try this place because they tried it before and said it's very good. When looking at the pictures on Yelp, it reminded me of Hawaiian Hot Chicken so I was open to try it. One of the things you should be aware is that the parking is very limited. During covid, there are more free open spots but before covid I'm pretty sure it was difficult finding parking. This place accept online order for pickup so you could do that but we went and place out order in person. I got the Kluckin Chicken Combo #1 with no pickles and got a coke. It didn't take long for my food to be complete. We took our food and ate a park to social distance. I was really bump to see that they didn't give ketchup for the French Fries. They give their special sauce but I'm a ketchup kind of person. Their chicken sandwich was good, I got the mild spice and it wasn't spicy at all. The fries were okay but it was just missing the ketchup. If your a spicy chicken fan then give this place a try, you might like it even more.

2023-06-30.. I can't believe I came on here to post a review only to see I've previously left a review, sharing an all-too-common ordering experience with this spot. Really unfortunate that management/owners have never done anything about it either. My last review, below, is almost identical in nature and disheartening in that the staff could use training to better address a situation. Been coming here for 4+ yrs and I appreciate that a decent chicken spot exists that is local AND open late late hours, but I've been avoiding this spot as much as possible because... Well there's a ton of better options in every aspect and even more so today when I left confused why two sandwiches costs more than their two sandwich and fries combo $21.88 vs $19.15.

I am now absolutely certain that the ordering process is 100% to do with them and not my fault in the errors made but I think I understand why. This is exactly where. Owners are messing up and they should be more clear with pricing. Just doesn't add up, logically, and no other shack has a menu that doesn't discount your add-on chicken but ultimately thats where the issue is. The guy said himself, "I assumed you wanted it with fries", even when I confirmed that I didn't need anything additional after the two sammiches.

(again new guy, never seen him, but was. Respectful and acknowledged that I didn't mean it in a rude way, I asked. If he was new with the number of things that were done different from how this place normally operates. Instead of him explaining that their prices changed and the combo will be cheaper than two individuals he kept repeating that the fries come with it even though I know I've paid a lot less before and I didn't. Order. Fries.. Saying "it comes with it" doesn't sound the same from the customer's perspective.. If that was the case, could've just left it on instead. Of charging. More. And going thru troubles of removing it...

Seriously though - owners should reevaluate that and not have staff / customer confusion. And stop the assumptions. Lol

2022: Good food, but customer service has never been good here. It seems the workers change very frequently or might be alternating with their other store. I just think they mess up on orders too much and mess up simple tasks like when I ask for a single sandwich then they make two sandwiches instead (this happened twice and both time I decided to pay for both because I wouldn't want them tossing away the food). I even made sure the second time to repeat my order ONE SANDWICH ON FRENCH ROLL with MILD and he still gave me a number 2 I guess that's what it is for the two sandwiches. How can you...

Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, The Kluckin' Chicken is a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a delectable fried chicken experience like no other. As a fan of comfort food, I recently had the pleasure of savoring their mouthwatering Kluckin' Sides, and it was a finger-lickin' feast that left me craving for more.

The Kluckin' Sides are a true delight for those seeking hearty and flavorful accompaniments to their crispy fried chicken. From the moment the sides graced our table, we knew we were in for a treat. The creamy macaroni and cheese, perfectly seasoned coleslaw, and golden-brown onion rings were just a few of the highlights that elevated our chicken experience to a whole new level.

But what truly made this dining experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Lily, our waitress for the evening. From the moment we walked in, Lily greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine passion for Kluckin' Chicken's offerings. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she artfully described each side dish, providing recommendations that complemented our fried chicken choices.

Throughout our meal, Lily's attentiveness was unparalleled. She ensured our glasses were never empty, took note of our preferences, and made sure each dish was served with care. Her friendly and personable approach made us feel right at home, and we could tell she genuinely cared about our dining experience.

The ambiance at The Kluckin' Chicken added to the overall charm of the experience. The cozy and welcoming decor, coupled with the tantalizing aroma of fried chicken, created an inviting atmosphere that made us feel as though we were enjoying a family meal at home.

In conclusion, The Kluckin' Chicken in Los Angeles is a must-visit for those seeking comfort food at its finest. With Lily's exceptional service and the scrumptious Kluckin' Sides, this dining adventure was one to remember. If you're on the hunt for fried chicken bliss served with a friendly smile, The Kluckin' Chicken is the place to be. Treat yourself to a finger-lickin' feast and relish in the heartwarming flavors that will have you coming...

Man, this was my go-to place, so this really pains me to write this, but this customer service experience was the worst I’ve ever had. In order to get people to order through their website instead of DoorDash, they placed a $10 off coupon in my last order. Normally my food gets delivered lightning fast and it’s great, but I figured I’d use the coupon. Giant mistake. When you order directly through their website, it turns out a delivery fee is charged and their outsource their delivery service to Uber Eats! Today, my order was delivered 30 minutes late and my food is ice cold. I even called in and spoke to someone. He said the food was ready at 5:42pm, but my food had still not been picked up and this was at 6:02pm, meaning my food sat there for 20 minutes getting cold. When I asked for an explanation and how they were going to resolve this, he told me it’s Uber’s fault….I mean, no, you outsource through Uber, they represent you, it’s YOUR fault. I will never order from this place again. If you took pride in your business, you would’ve offered me a refund and taken responsibility. Instead, like it seems everyone does in this corporate world we live in, you pass the buck to someone else and never take responsibility because customers don’t matter—you only care about...
