Cascada Refrescante — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have been here 6 times already and I am in love with there smoothies. Everything is so fresh and it might take a while but worth the wait. They take there time to prepare the drinks and fruit bars (paletas) that is the kind of work I am grateful for. So far I have had a Esquimal de Coco, Esquimal de Nuez, Esquimal de Fresa con Nuez (Paletas) #17 Berry Beauty, #13 Summer Cool, Cascada Passion, and Strawberry & Banana (Smoothies). So many choices here they pretty much have it all from Smoothies, Juices, Raspados, Paletas (Fruit Bars), and Ice Cream. The service is also great here, they are very kind, sweet...

1st time buying strawberry shake... and the lady making it told me "next time, tell them at the front (cashier) you dont want it ( whip cream) because they are all made the same way". I saw the pictures on the wall.. none had whip cream... they were not shakes nor did it say what they were. i asked her about where it would say what they were, she couldnt give me a straight answer. i told her if i had known i would have said something to the cashier. i spent $9 for something that i could have made at home in my blendtec....and i was made to feel awkward for ordering something not properly...

First time here was passing by n wanted a quick refreshing smoothie!! Was not quick at all😱was waiting in line wit 4 employees in the store wit no line no customer waiting outside for about 12m. Did not have the fruit I wanted😲I ordered something else 🔥 waited 8more min for my order. If you wanna hit them up come with enough time to wait😴I did say was first time n Overall there was no extra effort for customer service. The smoothie was good 5⭐✨ for it but customer service was bad specially when you not from around here n they assumed you know the deal 🙏 good...
