This place deserves no stars The food isn't great Ha and the service at this location man It's horrible
Just save your money and go elsewhere!
Not sure if it's the not having their own drivers and using dashers to deliver, is the issue or not but I haven't had one good experience with either the Dasher nor the store
*There is this girl in the afternoon -Very rude over the phone It's cool that you give young ppl a job But make sure they follow through Why have an employee who can't follow through -Rude -Hangs up on you -Yells at you -And if you call back she won't answer
I mean that's a couple of orders there PIZZA HUT DON'T YOU THINK YOU'RE LOSING MONEY?! I'D FIRE THIS EMPLOYEE HONESTLY I know if I would have answered like this At my job I'm done!
Placed an order online for delivery Got my pizza with the cheese and toppings Slid down One of the pizzas was missing a topping It was just trash Received an email about service and decided to reply.
I was contacted by someone at this location Asking me what was the problem with the order And if I wanted a replacement I'd definitely take it..no cooking šš¼ The order took longer than expected When I received it...it was like a bomb went off! The Dasher (didn't speak English) Gave my order to previous delivery address And came and gave me their order When I mentioned it to him he said huh I don't know I explained to him that the name on the order was not mine and I def didn't order food for 1 Mine was 2 pizzas. He continued to "play the part" that he didn't understand. I worked for UberEATS and this type of service was not acceptable. Why hire these ppl and they don't speak English Or was he playing the part ..hmmm Anyway I didn't take the order because it wasn't mine I grabbed my phone and called the store This Lovely (NOT!!!!) girl answered I explained what happened that the manager had spoken to me and he knew the situation and that the Dasher brought me the wrong order She was so rude I told her I didn't take it because it wasn't mine She said so how is he giving you the wrong order. I mean WOW! LOL maybe she's related to the driver and also says huh I don't know. I tried to explain to her again what happened and she just went bonkers she was yelling at me And i simply told her what is it that is not clear And I wasn't being rude I thought she didn't understand It was more like she didn't want to understand She continued to yell at me and said she didn't deserve to be spoken to like this And hung up on me I called back and someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately Called again and they wouldn't answer
I called customer service Wow that's whole nother circus ACTUALLY AS I TYPE THIS IM REALIZING IT IS DEFINITELY PIZZA HUT. JUST CONTINUE READING....SMH
The agent asked for a lot of info ... At the end she asked if I wanted it to be sent up to be seen by management I said Yes And she asked me BEFORE I CONTINUE I HAVE A COUPON FOR YOU 3 LARGE TOPPING PIZZAS something didn't feel right. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled this morning this location after they opened to place an order. Placed the order and was told it would be delivered in 20-25 minutes. Waited. No delivery. Saw I received a call and voicemail that said their system was down and they canāt complete my order and call back in 20 minutes. I did just that. Called back, and my order was in the system but they said they had to transfer me to the store. I thought that was weird because the number I called was the store but I figured maybe I was speaking to a representative from a call center or something. So they transfer me to a storeā¦all the way near Gardena. So the representative from the Gardena location gives me the number to the store near my house which again, was this location which is the same location and number I had called this morning. So I called and spoke to the rep at the store. They said they see my order and then proceeded to say they had to transfer me again. All of this for 1 pizza. Iām good. The organization and professionalism was too limited so I opted to go with another vendor. This isnāt my first time experiencing this at this location, but I continue to utilize it because of its convenience to my home. However, clearly I have to go elsewhere to receive quality service....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was trying to get another location because in the past I received bad attitude from employees and today the same with the exception of Jhonny... the so call manager of the store location was critically rude hostile with anger issues denied giving me her name left me talking on the phone was really rude and hostile. They have wrong management Jhonny has excellent customer service and I believe he should be managing the location. Will not be buying pizza from that location on central and Vernon in los angeles anymore. Pepperoni was over cooked and too much seasoning. Don't take your anger out on...
