First time coming to this place on Friday night (4/2/21). Good thing they close a bit later than other cemita places because it really covered my cravings for a cemita that night. Honestly it’s a good place and I know my cemitas. I tried the traditional one (milanesa). The bread is amazing on this cemita, the chipotle and quesillo are good. To those reading, they do accepts debit cards as payment. My brother and his wife like their cemitas as well. However, I’m sorry to say this but please work on your customer service. That Friday night a man with curly hair took my order. I didn’t treat him with disrespect but it’s the way he says things that came off as rude. First, I asked for no papalo on the cemita. Most places put the papalo but they at least ask before they complete your order. So I told the cashier I didn’t want papalo and he just answered very rude “we don’t put any”. Like bro, calm down it’s my first time here and honestly there aren’t any instructions on the menu or any board on what it comes with. Then, my brother was next and finished ordering. I literally forgot to ask for quesillo which is another thing most places ask but this place did not. I told the guy again that if he can put quesillo on mine. I didn’t mean to be rude I even waited after he was done attending my brother. But he says “I can’t do two things at once”. Like come on bro. It’s simple as telling the cooks to put quesillo on the last order and then ring me up for it. You don’t have to give me a long explanation. Again it’s the way he said it that ticked me off. But don’t take offense to this constructive criticism. The food is good just need to work on customer service.

***Updating this review due to gracious response by the owner. I appreciate the time you took to respond to me, and I completely understand. I changed my two stars to three. I still believe that these things could be explained by the person taking the orders. We would have had a much better experience. Lady never explained to us whether we wanted cemitas with quesillo or queso fresco, we never even knew there was an option. It was our first time coming to this place, we drove all the way from Oxnard because we craved a cemita. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a menu to hand out that explained this or simply the lady behind the counter. New customers won’t know these things and will have misconceptions about your restaurant. Best to avoid misunderstandings. Wish you the best!

Worse service, no bathrooms on site, I ask one employee and they said go to a Burger King near by.... so employees walk all the way ovethere... I guess...bad service.. the food...is not authentic mexican food... cemitas are not what I thought... they put queso fresco on them, unless you ask for quesillo...the place was in Lack of hygiene... for sure not a place to go.. or even call them self's " Cemitas La China poblana " im from the city of Puebla, Mx. for a authentic Poblano is disgrace to go eat to this place...if the owner or who ever name this place should at least have a little bit of Common sense how to do a real cemita... 👎👎👎👎👎

Extremely rude! They don't even deserve one star. We came from colorado to try Cemitas and this was the place that popped up on our search and to be honest I would not recommend anyone to go there, they dont have a clue what customer service is about. Also they didn't even tell us that quesillo and papalo didn't come with it that we have to ask for it so when we got the order we noticed that it didn't have quesillo and we asked them to put some we paid the extra no problem and we also had to asked them for papalo and the guy said "we dont put it on because people dont like it" I don't care if people dont like it if a cemita has quesillo and papalo and u charge it on the side make sure before you charge me u let me know what it contains and what it doesn't. The food wasnt bad it was good but the customer service killed it and also...
