WORSE STORE/EMPLOYEES EVER!!! There's no such thing as customer service here. No one wears name tags, no one wears gloves, and always on their phones. They all have a unfriendly attitude and want customers to in and out as quickly as possible. Customers deserve at least a "hello" or "we will be right with you" or even "have a good day." Very unprofessional, very disgusting. Employee gave out free ranch just because he was too lazy to charge. I would be very embarressed, ashamed, and disappointed if this was my manager/employees on duty. (May 15, 2018 9:00pm - 1 guy cashier, 1 girl working pizza maker)
Second visit: My mistake for coming back to this one but the cashier does not understand easy orders. I ordered a classic $5 pepperoni and was charged a extra pepperoni, the cashier could not understand that I wanted a classic $5 pepperoni. After going back and forth for a bit, I gave up. Good pizza but horrible service. Juliana I think was her name. But once again my mistake for returning here. I recommended ordering from the app so you don't deal with the horrible service.

I waited patiently and then asked for the status of my pizza. Kimberly just kept repeating "it'll be 5 more minutes" without even checking on the pizza. One orders online to bypass rude customer service encounters and prefer to go straight to the machine, but because for whatever reason they didn't get my order, I had to deal with rude customer service from the manager.
