I asked for a hamburger with no cheese. I don't eat cheese. They put cheese on it anyway and had the audacity to say that I didn't state to them " no cheese".
There was a language barrier with the clerk's english and after messing up my order they replaced my order with a revised burger that was still wrong. Not to mention they returned it with my NOW cold fries. They seem very overwhelmed with the orders and couldn't focus.
I asked for a refill on the small drink that comes with the combo and I was told NO and if I wanted it I would have to pay $3. I felt it was the least they could do for making me wait so long to eat when it was their error. This was my first and last time buying fast food from a donut shop and my last visit to this one. Prices are reasonable, portions are nice and food is delicious.
Staff is super friendly which is a plus. In the 10 minutes that i was there i can see this place has a clientel. I wasnt disappointed at all.
One thing to note, everything is prepared fresh, so you'll have to wait 5+minutes for your order. But its all worth it. So if you order, keep that in mind. Otherwise you will get frustrated and begin to be disappointed which almost happened...
