Michelle is INCREDIBLE. I am so happy I found this place in the valley. The clinic is located inside a hair salon, and is secluded and quiet, so you get to fully immerse in the treatment and forget about life for a bit (or fall asleep!) Michelle started by brushing my hair, asking me some questions about my concerns and hair routine, and then used a scalp analysis camera to get a deeper understanding and see the before picture. It's fascinating. The treatment was divine. Double shampoo to clean the scalp while only using products that maintain your natural shine, and smell so good. Scalp exfoliation to unclog, waterfall rinsing, oxygen infusion, steam and a deep conditioning hair mask. I did not want to leave. Throughout it all Michelle was super professional, so kind and thorough. She showed me my scalp after and the difference was clear. It felt like my scalp was breathing. She gave me some recommendations for my routine, and I will 1000% be back. Will recommend to everyone I know.

I’m currently pregnant so she made sure that everything was safe for my service . I got to see before and after videos of my scalp . The whole experience was relaxing from start and finish from her massage to the steam . I’ll be bringing my friends and family here most definitely.

What an incredible experience!! I went in not knowing what to expect, this was my first time trying out a headspa. I choose the hour treatment and that's what I would reccomend to everyone. Michelle was super knowledgable and experienced. Before starting the treatment she examined my scalp and hair to know the exact products to use. It was such a relaxing and comforting experince. Between the scalp massage, steam, and the amazing scents of her products I truly felt refreshed at the end of the appointment. At the end of my appointment she showed me the before and after photos of my hair and pores. WOW what a difference!!

This was my first experience with a head spa, and it was truly magical! Brainwashed LA is a cozy oasis tucked away in a strip mall salon. Michelle was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and she offered a lot of education about the process. The massaging and water felt so amazing that I got ASMR chills from my head to my feet multiple times. Loved the products as well! After the session, Michelle reviewed my scalp with me, and I could see and feel the difference. She even sent a follow-up text with a recap and link to the shampoo.
