I think their customer service at this location has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Their employees come off as extremely unfriendly and uninviting. In my experience, the employees are negative and very unhappy. I think the training for their employees is poor. And their general knowledge for handling common tasks is incredibly poor. I can not vision complex problems being solved at this location.
Regardless of the terrible conditions of this store, the food is surprisingly good. And my orders are so far, correct. Do not think you will not have a negative experience. If you pick up, it will be rough. If you are a driver, it will be rough. If you do a walk in, it will be in an environment in which the employees will have terrible customer service.
I was met with a man at night who seen me at the drive thru. He looked at me like 'oh God'. 'A customer'. 'God what does he want'. And I felt very unwelcomed. I tried peacefully to smile. He turned his head and ignored me for 10 minutes, working on something in front of me. I was so confused. I thought the store was closed or something because of covid. I began to show my app through the window. The employee pretended he could not see me. 15 minutes later, a women gives him the food and he opened the window slightly, looking unhappy and quickly gave me the bag of food. I was tried to clarify if I had the correct order. But they just said, yes, yes. I think their communication was poor. I grabbed the food and looked inside the bags to double check. He quickly told me I put the hot sauce in there. And closed the window. 0 out of 5 stars experience. Really awful for the customers here.
My second experience, involved a young Asian man. I walked in and everyone ignored me. I stood confused for 5 or 7 minutes. I told the male employee in a friendly way that I was here for a pickup. Before I could complete my sentence he quickly interrupted me and told me 'it's not ready'. 'it's not ready'. I told the male employee, I wanted to let you know. He stares at me and then walks away. There were 3 older Hispanic females working close together. I did not know what was happening or if it was even my order. No one wanted to look at my face. I received my food and told the male employee, if they put the yellow sauce or I think the orange sauce in the bag of food. He told me 'no'. 'we don't have that'. Then a women brings a handful of hot sauce and puts it in my bag. The Asian male employee told me, 'those are orange'. 'we don't have yellow'. I told him, 'I don't need to be...
Read moreThis place is always on and off. Half their employees are friendly, hard working individuals, the other half do whatever they want which can cause items to be unavailable, not fresh, and long lines at the drive thru.
Even if there's only 1 or 2 cars in front of you you end up waiting 5 minutes to order and another 15 for your food. The employee over the intercom straight up greets you by saying "Hey give me a minute." Then reappears 5 minutes later.
I used to enjoy grabbing tacos in the middle of the night after a long day of work especially on the weekends, but lately they've had my order wrong so many times, missing items, unavailable items, made me wait so long, sometimes never even answered the drive thru even though they're open 24hrs, and had such cardboard tortillas with hardly any ingredients in it that I just can't go there anymore.
Another time there was 2 cars in front of me, then after 5 minutes they just leave at the intercom. By the time they did that, another 4 were behind me. I go up to the intercom and all I hear for 3 minutes is the new guy talking to the current car at the window, trying to fix the order. I eventually gave up realizing I had waited 8 minutes and he clearly doesn't know how to operate the drive thru and this will take forever seeing as I can't even say hi much less get my order in.

Read moreI ordered a Del cheeseburger with small fry and small lemonade, and of course spoke very politely as I always do. I told them no onions, she asked the cook had they made it yet they said no, they gave my meal I pull off, I get to the hospital where my twins were just born 2 days ago. I walk inside sit down and open bag, my burger had nothing but two buns one patty, pickles and thousand island sauce. So I call right away, someone picks up I ask exactly what comes on a Del cheeseburger she was about to explain, then says hold on and hangs up right that instant. I call back the phone rang like 7 times for almost 1 minute before anybody picked up which I believe was the manager who was helpful. She knew exactly what she did (selina or celena or Celina) she's really short she worked the window and I remember her voice from when she was sat the window, so I knew that it was her when she answered the phone the first time. She knew I was calling and she decided not to answer the phone. I had to leave the hospital and go back. Worst customer service at a Del taco I've ever encountered. I have a friend that I knew since HS who runs a Del taco in South central , we talk about how good their customer service is every single time. I go to Del taco maybe 5-10x out the month, so I am a frequent customer. And That's NOT how you treat a frequent customer....
