Fresh Grill Mediterranean — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I would like to start off by saying, my husband and I visit Fresh Grill 1 to 2 times a month at least. We always go to the location on Sherman way. This time we went to Woodman and if this was our first experience we would not try a second time. First we told the guy at the counter my husband wanted a combo 1 chx and he tried to explain which beef ones he could get. After all that the guy rang him up for 1 beef plate no combo and no chx. We got this to go the 2 meals and 2 drinks came to $65. We had to attend some business meetings that would last several hours. When we made it to work and found out the order was messed up I called. The lady who answered was very dismissive whenbI told her what happened. She basically said well he didn't charge you so it doesn't matter. So I just gave up content to eat what we got. Unfortunately the food did not taste very good and nothing like the one on Sherman way. We will continue to go to that location but Woodman needs a lot of work from service to the taste of the food. Hello! I’ve worked in hospitality for about 10 years now and I have only had to deal with a couple instances where someone was very rude serving me. I came in at 4:30 on Saturday Oct 21st. I was served by the younger girl with curly dark hair. I asked how many kabobs come in a combo and she proceeded to give me a short answer saying 3. I saw one plate and a salad come out to 60$. I was like there’s no way. She gave me much attitude and walked away from me without answering my questions about why it was 60$. I had to look over the POS system and tell her again I only wanted 1 plate and to delete the extra 20$ plate. I have never had someone have such a bad attitude towards me in a restaurant. The food was delicious. I got the boneless chicken kebab plate which comes with saffron rice, a garden salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and a yummy dressing, as well as warm pita and flavorful hummus. the chicken was a beautiful orange color from the saffron. some of the juiciest chicken i've had. blown away. the portions were amazing! my boyfriend and i split the plate and we still had to take some to go! we also got fries which were fresh, crispy, and warm, topped with cajun seasoning. once again a great portion. the environment was upbeat with good music, the staff was constantly disinfecting used tables, and the bathroom was spotless. i am so happy to have found this place! i would 100%...
