Ordered pick up. First and last time at this location. Arrived to a dirty, unsafe parking lot. Immediately greeted by vector vermin control boxes in front of the store, alerting me to the fact that the store has a roach/rodent problem. Walked into the store; no one was around. A minute later, a male employee (delivery driver) walked out of the bathroom with the sound of a flushing toilet in the background; his hands were bone dry--unwashed. He went straight from the toilet to the counter. He picked up a pizza box from the counter, placed it into a delivery bag, and off he went to deliver someone a wee-wee-hands pizza pie. After several minutes of enduring loud Banda, a sweaty little troll came over to demand my name and ask, "You pay already?" No greeting or characteristic "Welcome to Dominoes!" As I handed over payment, I observed wisps of hair on the dirty counter. At home, I opened the box to reveal a heavily greasy pizza with droopy slices, weighed down by a moist and messy mixture of tart, vinegary sauce and low quality cheese. I didn't expect authenticity or a 5-star experience, but clean and decent aren't too much to ask for an $18 pie. I doubled up on my prayers and vitamins. If my prayers are answered, I won't have to spend the upcoming weekend puking and being treated with antibiotics pushed through an IV.

I ordered from Domino's Pizza at 21001 Sherman Way, Canoga Park, CA for my family and guests on Super Bowl Sunday, anticipating a pleasant meal. However, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon taking his first bite, my son discovered a black hair embedded in the dough and cheese. This was not only unappetizing but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene practices. I rightaway contacted the store to report the issue, hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, directing me to contact their headquarters instead. When I attempted to reach out to the corporate office, I found it challenging to speak with anyone directly, leaving my concerns unaddressed. This experience was deeply disappointing and has led me to question the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction and food safety. I urge potential customers to consider this incident before placing an order, as health and safety should always be a priority. For those seeking to escalate similar concerns, you can contact Domino's corporate office at 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, or by phone at (734) 930-3030.

I will only leave this single picture I purchased a pizza from them last night 1 the pizza was late the driver didn't even bother to call me 2 pizza was drenched in butter or oil not sure food was inedible 3 my thin was dry(I know its a thin crust) 4 garlic knots were more like garlic pucks This morning I called to speak with a manager or whatnot and what I got was an extra ultra sassy male telling me how I'm wrong and this and that very rude and unprofessional I do not recommend and I personally won't be ordering from them again

When I placed an order I was told that it will take about 35 minutes to arrive.. order was placed around 8 pm.. it's okay that I had to wait extra time but this is the situation I found myself in.. online tracker said that the driver left at 8:22.. at 9 he was still not here and the store is about 5 minutes away.. I called to see if everything was alright and was told that the driver will arrive soon.. the driver then called me to say that he has trouble finding the previous address and is now on nordhoff and de soto.. he was very polite and apologetic at the time I spoke to him.. I explained to him the directions.. I said to go towards roscoe, and after he passes parthenia the building will be on the corner of de soto and Bryant.. I said we will wait for him at the front entrance.. me and my husband waited for about 10 minutes downstairs.. then I saw the driver appear on the corner of bryant and speed off as I was waiving to him.. I called the store and the gentleman that picked up said that they called and I didn't pick up so the driver took off.. so now it's 9:30.. an hour and a half since I placed my order and still no pizza!! And the way they were speaking to me telling me that I asked to be called when he arrives, and I didn't pick up, like it's my fault! I said the address clearly says that I am located on de soto! Not Bryant! And that I gave the directions to the driver and he still failed to come to the front of the building! I just said forget about it! The worst...

Due to our busy schedule, we order Pizza at least once a week from this Domino's. We mostly order online because its convienant, and we have all the options right in front of us, but the BIGGEST reason is because my husband is alergic to tomatoes and they offer a "White" sause instead of the Robust Tomato. Our standard order is the thin crust 2 topping with the white sause and double mushrooms, a hand tossed with double pineapple, and another hand tossed with pepperoni. We also normally add a 16pc parm bites and two orders of Ranch. Since each pizza is TWO TOPPING, and we only click on mushrooms, what would that tell you? We want double mushrooms, the same goes for the TWO TOPPING pineapple and pepperoni, yet they don't even put one topping worth of each! This has become so frusterating, and there is not another Domino's in our area, nor another pizza location that offers thin crust with white sause! We have spent countless amounts of money at this location, and ordering online is supposed to be quick and easy, but looking back at the last 4-5 orders not once have they gotten our order right! Would it be too much to ask to add to the website "Double Toppings?" I am actively looking for another pizza location that at least offers white sause! Word of advise, check your pizza before you leave or before the...
