Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I ordered for delivery at this Domino’s, which is 5 minutes from my house. I checked the app, where i ordered for delivery, and it said my order was complete. I check outside, and… no order? I tried to file a complaint with Domino’s to get my $80 back, because i did not receive my food, but they only offered a discount on my NEXT order. So I called the store, and they told me that they had never delivered to my address, despite me having had ordered from this exact Domino’s over 100 times. I hung up, as they did not want to listen to me, and then got a call from the delivery driver for my order. He told me that they only delivered to the UCLA and Westwood area. Mind you, this is the exact Domino’s that is 5 minutes away from my house. I told the driver, “If you have my food, deliver me MY FOOD”. He then proceeded to get angry at me and tell me that clearly I was in the wrong because I did not know my own address. Overall, I now do not have a dinner, have wasted $80, and am incredibly disgusted and unsatisfied with the service...

You will not get your pizza correct here. I can guarantee it almost 95 percent of the time. They chose to ignore the order and make my Brooklyn style with thin crust instead. I assume it was because there was no ready dough available or maybe they really just could care less..no Parmesan cheese in the facility…the most basic two ingredients ready made dough and cheese…what more can I say? Toppings where almost non-existent, yet they somehow managed to have more salt then I ever ate on any pizza before. Didn’t want to leave a review in fear if I ever wanted to return and then I asked myself what on earth would I want to do that for? From the many reviews it is clear one thing is on the table in this pizza joint..a high lack of management and oversight. No one cares there. It’s all good. There are many more quick spots in town to feed you…choice is at least still yours. Hate to give bad reviews, but this joint was a sad hello and a strong goodbye. Don’t want anyone else to loose a hard earned buck...

I ordered the jalapeno chicken sandwich and there's like three little pieces of chicken on my sandwich the rest of it is jalapenos cheese and a lot of pineapples and bread there's not enough chicken on here I feel completely robbed but yet the flavor is good as hell it's like they put the little pieces of chicken sticking out so I would think I was a lot of chicken in here but no it's not a lot of chicken in here and I'm using talk to text so there's no punctuation and because I ordered my food and I'm stuck at work for the next 8 hours you know I would love somebody to remake my order and actually place the chicken in the sandwich I guess the regulatory amount cuz this is definitely not like any chicken sandwich I've ever ordered from...
