Extremely disappointed with this Domino's location. I placed an order on February 25, 2025, with a promised delivery time of 26–36 minutes. Not only did it not arrive after 60 minutes, but when I called, I was told the driver had been in an accident and someone would pick it up within 15 minutes—which never happened. After waiting over 2 hours, I canceled the order and was assured a refund in a few days. Instead, my credit card was charged, and I've since been given the runaround. Multiple calls over two weeks yielded excuses about waiting for the owner who is in Mexico on vacation, returning on 03/09/'25 to sign off on the refund. I called on 03/09/'25 as I as told and only to be told by a manager to call corporate because the store can't issue my refund (that is the most ridiculousness I have heard, when my order wasn't with corporate). My order was just over $80, and I still haven't received my refund. This experience feels like a scam, I have contacted corporate for resolution, let's see how it goes. Read moreI had a highly disappointing experience with the management at this pizza place. I ordered two pizzas through the app, and for the second time, they did not prepare them as requested. To avoid another issue, I called the local shop while they were making the pizzas and asked them to double-check the order. The employee assured me the pizzas would be made correctly, but once again, they arrived incorrectly.
When I called back, the staff verbally offered me two free pizzas as compensation and instructed me to provide my phone number on my next order to claim them. However, when I called today to redeem the offer, the store manager initially hung up on me. When I called back, he denied any knowledge of the free pizza credits and refused to honor them. He accused me of being rude when I pointed out he was talking over me, and he hung up on me again.
The manager's conduct was unprofessional and rude, and he failed to resolve the issue satisfactorily. I advise against ordering from this location if you expect your pizzas to be prepared correctly and receive respectful...

I asked for assistance because I was not able to order online and it was directing me to call them whenever the error popped up, so I wondered if they are taking orders. He told me to wait a minute and then hung up the call. I called again and said I was hung up on, he spoke over me and said he knew and was receiving my call again (?) and told me to repeat my question. I repeated everything, then he asked if I wanted delivery and was rushing me, pressuring me to give him my information, but I did not ask to order through the phone because I was not able to since my payment method was online only. He got mad I was not answering with my address and spoke over me while I asked if something was wrong with their system, which was the only question I asked, and said “Maam, do you want help or not? If you do not answer me I cannot help you” in an extremely rude tone. I never asked to order! This man should not be in the phone line, good luck...
