California Pita & Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

DON'T DO IT..... Had a co-worker order lunch for us. I had the "Meat Combo" w/ Lemon Chicken and Ground Beef House Kabob $13.00. The ground beef "patties" (Not Kabobs) looked like green DOG FOOD and tasted like chewy cardboard. Very unappealing and extremely unappetizing to say the least. The Lemon Chicken (what lemon??) was overcooked and served in tiny pieces as if they scraped the bottom of the pan. How embarrassing for them to even serve something like that! The menu says grilled to perfection...this is false on so many levels. As for the sides; the salad was swimming in water and lacking dressing and the hummus was fine. I normally don't post comments especially regarding food..but then again, this isn't food!! SMH, they should be ashamed of themselves. I definitely will NOT be returning to eat here ever again and have no problem sharing my horrifying experience to avoid other diners disappointments! Needless to say....I'm still hungry since I didn't...

We had a bad experience last Tuesday. We went online to order lunch for the office. There was a value pita deal online. After trying to order online and not seeing the items in the online order menu I called the location. The man who picked up the phone had to ask his manager what the deal was, he came back on and said no problem. When we went to pick up the order, not only was it incorrect as far as what we ordered, it was not priced as advertised on the online menu by $5.00+ per plate. Of course they said I was looking at the wrong pita place (there is another pita place two doors down) however the picture of the place was the same. Food was good, no customer service. We all felt cheated and we will not be back even though it was a place...

Wow such bad service. Ordered lemon chicken double chicken. I told the lady only salt and pepper since I don’t like the other seasoning. She said no problem and repeated the order. I drove 12 min to get the order and 12 min back home, the chicken is wrong, I called now the manager and said please refund me or replace the order, she said only if I come there, I told her I’m not going to drive back. She kept arguing with after confirming my order is wrong, she then said I’ll give you a credit for next time, I said that’s fine I paid $29, she then said how about i give you 50 percent, wow!!! Such bad service. Never coming again and I been coming here since they were on Topanga...
