I called in the afternoon to ask if they had bolillos and if I could order ahead, and they said no ,BUT I can come in anytime, and they will have some. I double-checked to see if what she said was correct and confirmed that the bread is always available and can come anytime, but I just couldn't order ahead, so decided to go around 4pm almost 5pm and ask to see if they have any bread and said no you have to order ahead. Wanted to try something new around the area of my work and took my lunch to try this place out. It was a big mistake. To take my order it was quick but to make one torta took 25min and it was due to me asking them about my order and they had skip my order a few times. When i requested a refund they made that torta in 2 min. Why? Your people need to pay attention to the order# and see that some of us have a few minutes of lunch and try to support small business.
