I had the worst experience going here. First off, I ordered steak tacos and the meat was old and it looked like she only microwaved it. It was very soggy, dripping in oil, and the meat was very clumped up in a ball. The owner took so long to get the food to our table yet I noticed that others who came after us were getting their food immediately. You might say it was because they ordered something different, but no, they also had ordered Menudo. (By the way she charged us extra just to add the cow foot on the soup and it was literally cold and not cooked well.) It took more than 40 mins to get those tacos and my drink came after i was done and almost leaving, even when I had reminded the woman twice. Then the bill came and she charged us extra. I tried telling her and she was saying no, even when I compared the prices. Overall, this experience was very bad and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. This place is a small little authentic place. Only has two people working the place. It was such a great find. We specifically were looking for menudo. They had choice of red and green. Tortillas were hand made. Service is a little slower but it’s worth the wait. The michalada was great and big! There was no kids meals but no problem the tacos were great and my son enjoyed them. bring cash!!!! Imagine your grandma opening up a restaurant and has been working for 52 years! This place would be it. Great traditional Mexican food. Everything is made fresh. tortillas made on the spot you can hear the masa getting its flat form. Did have to wait but food is definitely worth it. Has some parking in the back. Highly recommend!!
