I heard they had the best falafel on the west coast and my god they were amazing. Crispy on the outside and perfect wet texture on the inside. They were super flavorful and so savory.
The Moroccan cigars you can tell are home made and made with love. These are not frozen from restaurant depot. Each is hand rolled and stuffed with meaty goodness.
Hummus was fresh and perfectly spiced. The pita were also warm, fluffy and toasted to perfection.
If you are down for some Cholent or Jachnun - both Shabbat delicacies. Then come on Sunday and these items are LIT.
Their grilled chicken plate was super flavorful and just so fresh and light. I can eat that all day.
The ambiance is fresh, airy and most importantly CLEAN. I met the owners, a very sweet and welcoming Israeli woman and her Moroccan husband. You get the feeling they transported their home countries to the Valley and all of the hospitality, flavors, and dishes are made with that purpose.
Would go again!

Read moreThey changed their menu / hours. Now only open on Fridays, and they don't seem to serve fast casual food like shawarma / falafel / sabich anymore. Instead, they have a huge variety of take-home dishes that you order by the pound. Tried some rice, meatballs stuffed with potato, and short rib - all were great. Will have to come back and order more for a feast. Ordering is a bit overwhelming, but just wait in line for someone to assist you and pack up everything you need. Service was very friendly.
