so many amazing dessert places in this area. unfortunately this is not one of them.
it is store bought ice cream (not made fresh) it is more expensive than other local ice cream places (including higher quality)
the experience was also unpleasant. felt like it was a street cart, owner chiding us to buy more scoops and all eat ("no sharing") when some didnt want dessert. she tried to make it a joke but after 4-5 comments it crossed the line
then we got to the register and the "small" and "kids" scoops were all priced as smalls ($5). we asked about the mistake and the owner said even though kids was smaller, the price was the same (???). the girl at the register was confused but owner insisted over her shoulder. so it was $25 for 5 spoons of store bought ice cream
since these issues are core to the business (main product, owners servive) I think they need to pivot asap for the business to make it. it is still early so hopefully they get more...

The ice cream was all old. It had that gross shiny film across the top that ice cream gets when it is freezer burned or expired. I decided to try it anyway, and the ice cream was definitely old. Crystallized and stringy.
And even if it appeared fresh, this is very cheap, mass produced ice cream. For example, the mint chip is colored bright green with food dye — how they used to do it in the 1980s. You could buy the exact same stuff at Ralph’s down the street. When I go to an ice cream parlor, I expect to be able to try something unique. This place should have at least one or two flavors that they make on site.
But until then, this place should be a hard pass. I would...
Read moreThis place is SO delicious! Jai the owner is so helpful, generous, and so appreciative of your presence. I believe a place with great customer service does not only make you feel welcomed but also valued as a customer. Number 1 ice cream shop found in LA by far, there are no artificial colorings. My husband and I are shocked on how many flavors they have -98 flavors that they rotate, plus they make ice cream cakes too, so there is literally something for everyone. Please don’t hesitate on trying it, you will gladly be pleased and your tummy will not only be full but super satisfied. May God bless this place and...
