3x3 Animal Style with Chopped Chilies, with a side of Animal Style Fries. Thatās all you need to know, but Iāll say some extra stuff anyway. You will never go to any other restaurant where you can see the kitchen, let alone a fast food place, where the staff are working harder and care more about their craft. Their dedication to their work makes McDonaldās look like a bunch of clowns. Thankfully, it pays off in the end: when we come out here once a year from NJ, the first stop is always In-N-Out. It is the best burger you can have, regardless of whatever $500 burger with 24k Gold leafs on it you may have eaten. It is unmatched. The incredibly juicy and tasty meat (which, Iāll admit it, can once in a while just have a touch too much salt, but itās really no big deal at all), the fresh and crisp vegetables, the melted cheese, the toasted and warm bun, and the secret sauce are to die for. There isnāt getting any better than that. It is also very quick and cheap (not quite as fast in the drive thru, but there is a reason for that line always being so long), which just adds to the experience. The fries are great Animal Style; itās a staple of any proper meal there. However, the plain fries arenāt too great. This is the only ādownsideā of In-N-Out, even if itās not massive. Iāve always prepared the fries at other places, which isnāt necessarily because of one specific bad attribute of the fries. Nothing just stands out about them when they donāt have anything on them. This is more than offset than the freshness of everything. Iāve longed for a location near where I live on the East Coast, but they apparently donāt want locations too far from their production facilities to ensure the freshness. Nothing is ever frozen (except the ice cream for the shakes, obviously), and the vegetables are pristine as a result (the same goes for the meat and the quality of the potatoes for the fries). It is the best bang for you buck you can possibly get. The burgers are just so incredible from there, and the quality and work ethic of the employees are just off the charts. If you want a burger, no matter where you live, get to an In-N-Out. Even if it means flying across the entire world, you need to have it. The Woodland Hills location certainly meets these standards, and I wouldnāt expect anything less...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm Highly disappointed with the manager working around 8 pm on 2/18/23 at this location. I visit this in and out often and interact with this same manager in question all the time. On this night, I was involved in a verbal altercation with another customer that approached me rudely over a parking spot. When the manager arrived, he claimed he was trying to mediate and not take any sides but instead, he made me feel very uncomfortable by watching my every move and being nonchalant when I tried to explain what happen. He made me feel like I was the one being the aggressor because I am black! He tried to keep me, the woman, from going to the window to get the food that I paid for but allowed the MAN who approached me being aggressive and using profanity to stand there freely unguarded, when you think it would be the other way around! I simply returned the energy I was receiving from the guy but the manager assumed because I'm black, I had to be the aggressor. I felt like the manager was being racist towards me and I will NEVER visit this location again and will be seeking...

The reason for the 4 star is because their fries could be better.. ( nothing to do with the cooks, or employees) , this is my second or third time giving In-N-Out burger a try and I remembered why I kept saying that In-N-Out is over rated. It really is, the fries are made like elementary cafeteria lunch fries lowly soggy and not a crunch in earshot. I donāt know, itās weird. The special sauce or animal sauce whatever itās called.. itās cool.. just wish it was better is all. I also ordered a burger with the sauce and it was all that amazing just a plain oleā burger with the sauce taste that I couldāve gotten anywhere and wouldnāt have known the difference. Only a couple of other people between the 2 vehicles felt that way.. everyone else loved it. So itās just my opinion.. I donāt expect anyone to...
