3x3 Animal Style with Chopped Chilies, with a side of Animal Style Fries. That’s all you need to know, but I’ll say some extra stuff anyway. You will never go to any other restaurant where you can see the kitchen, let alone a fast food place, where the staff are working harder and care more about their craft. Their dedication to their work makes McDonald’s look like a bunch of clowns. Thankfully, it pays off in the end: when we come out here once a year from NJ, the first stop is always In-N-Out. It is the best burger you can have, regardless of whatever $500 burger with 24k Gold leafs on it you may have eaten. It is unmatched. The incredibly juicy and tasty meat (which, I’ll admit it, can once in a while just have a touch too much salt, but it’s really no big deal at all), the fresh and crisp vegetables, the melted cheese, the toasted and warm bun, and the secret sauce are to die for. There isn’t getting any better than that. It is also very quick and cheap (not quite as fast in the drive thru, but there is a reason for that line always being so long), which just adds to the experience. The fries are great Animal Style; it’s a staple of any proper meal there. However, the plain fries aren’t too great. This is the only “downside” of In-N-Out, even if it’s not massive. I’ve always prepared the fries at other places, which isn’t necessarily because of one specific bad attribute of the fries. Nothing just stands out about them when they don’t have anything on them. This is more than offset than the freshness of everything. I’ve longed for a location near where I live on the East Coast, but they apparently don’t want locations too far from their production facilities to ensure the freshness. Nothing is ever frozen (except the ice cream for the shakes, obviously), and the vegetables are pristine as a result (the same goes for the meat and the quality of the potatoes for the fries). It is the best bang for you buck you can possibly get. The burgers are just so incredible from there, and the quality and work ethic of the employees are just off the charts. If you want a burger, no matter where you live, get to an In-N-Out. Even if it means flying across the entire world, you need to have it. The Woodland Hills location certainly meets these standards, and I wouldn’t expect anything less...

I'm Highly disappointed with the manager working around 8 pm on 2/18/23 at this location. I visit this in and out often and interact with this same manager in question all the time. On this night, I was involved in a verbal altercation with another customer that approached me rudely over a parking spot. When the manager arrived, he claimed he was trying to mediate and not take any sides but instead, he made me feel very uncomfortable by watching my every move and being nonchalant when I tried to explain what happen. He made me feel like I was the one being the aggressor because I am black! He tried to keep me, the woman, from going to the window to get the food that I paid for but allowed the MAN who approached me being aggressive and using profanity to stand there freely unguarded, when you think it would be the other way around! I simply returned the energy I was receiving from the guy but the manager assumed because I'm black, I had to be the aggressor. I felt like the manager was being racist towards me and I will NEVER visit this location again and will be seeking...

This place’s customer service is A1 Steven helped us and he was literally amazing!! We had two cars full of people and several orders! Everyone’s order came out perfect!

The reason for the 4 star is because their fries could be better.. ( nothing to do with the cooks, or employees) , this is my second or third time giving In-N-Out burger a try and I remembered why I kept saying that In-N-Out is over rated. It really is, the fries are made like elementary cafeteria lunch fries lowly soggy and not a crunch in earshot. I don’t know, it’s weird. The special sauce or animal sauce whatever it’s called.. it’s cool.. just wish it was better is all. I also ordered a burger with the sauce and it was all that amazing just a plain ole’ burger with the sauce taste that I could’ve gotten anywhere and wouldn’t have known the difference. Only a couple of other people between the 2 vehicles felt that way.. everyone else loved it. So it’s just my opinion.. I don’t expect anyone to...

On Ventura Blvd. The Alpha Dog of In-N-Out locations. Spacious? No. Ample parking? No. Line of cars down Ventura Blvd? All day & night. But worth the experience, look at those glorious palm trees! If you look up In-N-Out's history you'll see this Ventura Blvd drive-thru adheres to their original burger & fries shacks. Originally cramped boxes with one window, this location has two windows w/cars forming lines on both sides. Probably their newest, most evolved design at time of construction. Note the bonus walk-up window on East side to avoid car lines. Pro-Tip: Walk-up customers get milkshakes, pink lemonades & now Cherry Cokes instantly after ordering. Enjoy your Neapolitan (Choc/Straw/Vanilla) shake. Watch out for kids & exiting cars. Behold the glory & aromas of my #1 favorite In-N-Out on earth! 🍔🍟🐄🪇

This was my second and, definitely, last time ordering In-N-Out burger at this location. It took me forever to order and get my burger although there were only 4 cars in front of me. Usually, I have to wait no more than 5-6 minutes at the Van Nuys location although there are always at least a dozen cars in front me. Apart from waiting time, the burgers at the Van Nuts location and at this location differ significantly although it was the same order. See for yourself. The burger on the left hand side was ordered at Van Nuys location, whereas the one on the right side was ordered on this location.
