Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

They're pretty good. Better than McDonald's for sure! Update, ive been going to this location a few times, and birthday they've been great especially the girls who work the drive thru at night. However last night the actual manager was so ignorant. It was shocking. JITB on their receipts give you a website to leave feedback, in return you get a bogo jumbo jack, the manager would not honor it. At first he had no idea what i was giving him, when i gave his my old receipt with the 4 digit code, then he told me I could only use it at the same location i originallywent to (a flat out made up lie) . To which I said no. You can ysec then any where. I've used it before here, and used a receipt here at the Sherman location. He reluctantly took the receipt, and started walking around mumbling something. To which I Said, look, I've been waiting in line for 20+ minutes if you're not going to honor it. You're going to loose the entire sale ( my order was $14, the food was at the window in the bags, I asked if he could get the manager, and he said he was the manager, and I asked if he could get someone more familiar with working the window, as clearly he was lost. Again he told me this wasn't diverging they did, at which point a snapped back " dude, this offer is on every single one of your receipts..." he typed something into the computer, And said my code was no good, I helped up my phone with the number still on it. And he said they'd nothing I could do... So I told him to give me my code back, and to have a great night, that he could just throw away the bags, and now instead of 1 free burger, he lost $14 in sales.

Like I said the 2 women I've always seen there overnights ate awesome, always friendly,Accurate, and know what's going on... they should be the managers...

Terrible experience last night 04/27/16 around 9:50pm. My family and I ordered some late night food after doing errands, and we were very hungry. Total came out to $18.98, so I gave the clerk $15 cash and requested to pay the $3.98 remaining balance on my Master card. This uneducated worker Chris charges me $15 on my MasterCard, and steals my change of $11.02 from the cash given. I notify them and both idiots Manager Yessenia and Chris act like they don't know what they're doing. They question Chris multiple times about the cash and card payment that was received. We try to explain the issue and the manager just ignores me and my girlfriend, as we are asking for our change. Instead of simply giving me my change, they make a big deal out of the situation. They give a very rude and hesitant service overall. Shaking their head as if it was our fault, when it was their employee's. So, the manager charges me again for no good reason. Now i'm being charged double! and still no change!! Its 04/28/16 today, and still I haven't got the refund they said I was supposed to get. The manager hesitated to give me her name, and her name tag was abused in a way where her name wasn't clearly visible. To top it off, the food wasn't that great. It tasted like they gave us something that was sitting for a while under a heat lamp. As soon as we left, I could see the manager bad mouthing us and doing body gestures in a way that was disrespectful. I feel she should be fired for her unprofessional behavior and not handling the situation correctly. If you make a mistake, at least treat the customer nicely. Instead of shining them on and being mean. Never want to order food from there again. It was a terrible experience and I felt truly disrespected & mistreated and so...

Went to this spot today, here's my experience...ordered a sourdough jack, salad, and drink. went to grab a seat and the place stunk of #2, granted it was a seat by the restrooms but it's a tiny place and so most of the seating area stunk. i think someone should have noticed and done something about it, this is a place to eat and no reason why i should be smelling #2 when im sitting to eat a meal. Next the table wasn't wiped down, i had to do it myself. When my food was ready, which was pretty fast, i found a seat towards the front of the place so the smell wasn't apparent. The salad was slimy and disgusting i didn't eat. You say why did i order a salad at a fast food place, well it was on a freakin menu, and if it's there it should be done right or just don't offer it!! i couldn't eat the salad so i just ate the burger, which was meh. i've had a better sourdough jack made before, ive had it where the cheese was melty, the bread was more toasty and the whole thing was just fresher. This one lacked all that, and plus they didn't dress it properly. For all you lames, by dress it i mean condiments. It didn't have enough mayo and ketchup, and the tomato was very thin cut, bacon was hard and just tasted of salt no smoky flavor to it. So there you have it. Might be a typical experience at Jack in the box, but i can only tell you what i experienced at this place. You'd think sitting inside and ordering a meal would result in something better then going through the drive through, but it wasn't, i won't eat at this...
