Read moreReally good manager. He was most direct person who've helped me to get my order ready. I kind of purposely gaved him a hard time (I usually don't do this). I tend to be polite to people in the workforce... but I was caught off-guard how Jack In The Box's policies/hours has changed during the pandemic. My order been marked as 'ready for pick-up' (ordered online and got a ready notification quickly). However, my order wasn't actually ready when I've arrived. So, the manager politely asked me to wait outside while his team works on my order.
Postmates will sometime incorrectly mark orders ready when they're not. Thankfully, the manager's professionalism had kept my experience good. Deserves a higher raise to their pay.
Honestly, most other Jack In The Boxes restaurant will take FOREVER to get orders done; and it's usually not their fault. I know it's very busy ever since the pandemic with online orders plus shortage of staff, but why even be open if it takes more than half an hour to get a burger... Doesn't make any sense for this type of business.
Anyways, thankfully this particular Jack In The Box at woodmen is as expected - fast services and friendly employees. I would only now come at this location on Woodmen. Much...
Read moreOf the 4x Sandwhiches and 4x 6-Piece Cinammon French Toast 3x of the Toast were left out of our order. The bag was too small for all the food so I asked and the drivethrough said it is all there while the Supervisor gave a look like I was wrong. Upon arriving home I found that the 3x Toasts were missing. I called and the Supervisor said I was wrong that it was only 1. I returned to the store with my receipt and excuse after excuse lead me to believe the customer can be treated poorly here all because of a Supervisor who not only intimidates the workers but now the customers as well. I am dissapointed by this and alot of time was wasted unecessairily. Had the workers not been intimidated by the Supervisor then they would have fixed the problem on the spot. The problem was the supervisor made a mistake and refuted the truth. I had to show th receipt on my app to get the rest of my order. Filurthermore communication was also an issue here. I speak English and Spanish but found it difficult to be understood by the supervisor who was Hindu. I was dissapointed that my culture was not even appreciated and that I was denied on the phone and once again in person untill I showed...
