This place normally has good service except for my most recent visit.
I called and was placed on hold for almost ten minutes. I finally hung up and called back, this time a guy answered. He was very difficult to hear which made ordering quite difficult.
I went to pick up the food and the lady at the counter acknowledged that I was there and, without asking me to wait, walked around doing who knows what for an extra five minutes. I wasn't sure if I should just leave (I paid through groupin) or if she expected me to wait. I was about to leave and THEN she told me to wait.
When she did talk to me she was very polite.
While waiting for her to come abck though, the young man who took my order was on the phone beside her. He got off the phone and scooped up LEFTOVER DISHES into a togo box for another perosn to order. Right in the open!
Later at home while eating my food, the pad thai was clearly stirred before hand. Later on, I noticed some of the shrimp tails in my noodles had been plucked. I passed this off until Inlater found the tail in my noodles.
I've been a returning customer to this resturaunt for a while but their service has never been good enough to forgive recycling leftovers....

When you try to add the item, it asks you to choose the meat, and there is an extra $3 charge for shrimp... So I call the restaurant to place the order instead. The call was answered quickly and I was pleasantly asked to hold...
After the 10-minute mark, I hung up and decided to call again. Again, the call was answered immediately and pleasantly. I let the person know that I was trying to place a take-out order and I casually mentioned, "I think you guys forgot my call, I was on hold for 10 minutes." The person responded with a short, "Sorry, what would you like to order?" I mention this is the first time I'm ordering from the restaurant and let her know the issue with the pricing on the online ordering system. She simply says, "$10.95." So then I ask, "The website is wrong then?"
Giving this restaurant a 2-star, because she did pleasantly answer the phone. However, I have not eaten here, nor will I try. It was off-putting that she didn't even care to verbally confirm that the website was wrong and merely...

My daughter and I meet for dinner there and I couldn't believe I was in the same place. First they got my order wrong. Maybe because our server tried to memorize our order instead of writing it down. Possibly a new thing. Okay, no big deal. Then came the incomplete order. Hmmm, ok they forgot. then the wrong order came 10 mins into our meal. Which they corrected after I got up and ask the person eating her meal at the cashier's station. But the kicker was...they tried to charge me twice for the wrong order and even after pointing out their mistake they tried again to over charge me.
