7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

This 7/11, on Roscoe & Mason has the absolutely worst customer service. I use to go there for convenience, even though the employees treat the customers like trash. They look at you as though they're seething with anger. They act like you're bothering them when they have to ring you up. Never a smile, a hi, a bye, or thank u. The straw that broke the camel's back for me is when I was carrying a back pack b/c I was walking. I totally understand if u can't carry the back pack around in the store. A young female employee told me to take it off. I gladly did so and handed it to her. She refused to take it behind the counter, where it'd be safe until I was ready to check out. She made me put it on the floor by the front door, where ppl could steal it, steal from it, and walk on it. I told her my $ and medication were in my back pack and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it on the floor by the front door, where it could be stolen or stepped on. She didn't care and insisted I leave it there. She was appallingly rude and disrespectful. I'm also an older lady. IDK how a young person could be so rude and disrespectful to an elder. She was a stunningly beautiful young girl who immediately turned ugly by her rude behavior. I will never go back to that 7/11 again. She along with the rest of the employees...

There's this guy who definitely needs to be talked to be management. Every time i come here at night, This short Indian guy keeps trying to flirt with me and harassing me about my personal life when I'm only trying to shop before my shift. This happened at July 21st, 10:20PM.

I didn't catch his name but every time I come here, something new happens with him. He would pretend to not know about our previous encounters when all he wants to do is try to get into my pants. He will be "oh being engaged doesn't mean anything" to "ah you're ugly anyways" and pretend like he didn't insult me the next day!
