Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I did not feel welcomed here. It was my first time to this location. I went around 11am after the gym and I waved hello to the male in the store and he just stood there, looking at me as if I shouldn't be speaking to him. So I turned and seen a female walking towards the register and I began to wave at her as well to say hello. They both just looked so mean and unhappy. While the male was making my sandwich, he was adding my extra toppings as if he just did not care. I still looked past his attitude. Once it was time pay, the female practically threw my change in my hand and just walked away. I felt like I'd did something to them, when I know I didn't. The fact that they were this way right after opening the store, speaks volumes. This is how they treat people on a regular basis. It's not because their tired. They hate their job and so everyone feels it. To the Owner of the store, please check on your people! For the sake of your new and existing customers. The service was the most poor, which made the atmosphere look bad, which I didn't feel to good about eating the food. The pieces of bacon id got on my sandwich was undercooked as well I had...

When I first saw that they were going to open a new plaza new me I was excited and when I found out there will be a jersey Mike's I was more excited I waited a long time to start buying my sandwiches at Mike's, I been coming to this location since it opened , been a loyal customer but recently saw new workers , they look at you like they are mad like if your not welcome , and for the past two months they seem like they pick and chose what customers they want to attend first and who they want them to wait. I'm really disappointed Mike's can do a lot better in picking and chosing there employees , specially when your spending $40 almost every week so bummed out this will be my last time at this location thank you...

Do not bother ordering from the app for a pick up because they will most likely get your order wrong. It happened to me two times today around 1pm..with the online ordering. I went with my family. We ordered off the app and they got 2 of our 3 individual orders wrong.

The place is clean, it was not busy, if you’re going to order, do it in person.

I feel bad, because my partner did not like his onion filled sandwich (he requested no onions), and my sandwich left me puffy because of the excess salt and Mike’s way that my body doesn’t get along with..

Besides that the employees seem nice, maybe it’s something wrong with the system that did this, just order in person if you want to...
