John's Fish Market — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Me and my family have been coming to John's for years but ever since they let the daughter start working here, and take over, it seems that she's trying to run off people. Today I called to order fish, and she led with " thank you for calling John's fish market we aren't taking EBT at this time". I was paying with cash but it seemed that when she heard the tone of my voice, she assumed that I would be using EBT. Also, since the daughter has been working here, when I would come into the the fish market she looks at the customers funny especially black customers which is funny because this fish market is located in the heart of South L.A., where it's predominantly black and brown people. I will not be returning because of the daughter's actions. Fish was good when they had the old cook. But now the food is not good enough to be racially profiled or...

I'm here for business and ordered this on doors dash. We ordered the catfish steak dinner and catfish "filet" dinner. Both orders short to say the least. The catfish "filet' was more like catfish nuggets and the catfish steak was skinny from all angles, hardly any meat on the bone. In Arkansas and Mississippi this place would go out of business the same day it opened. I'm just visiting but this place is extremely forgettable. Like at the moment of typing I don't even remember the name. All I will say is Californians don't know Jack about fried fish and should probably leave it to TRUE black folk or...
