Yesterday, I took this photo at 2:19 I was charged at 2:15. I went in to buy a raspado & a agua Fresca after not coming for about 6 months here. With all honesty their agua de fresa is delicious. Unfortunately I couldn’t even drink it after how upset I was receiving customer service from Rosario. She had a very bad attitude and lack of customer service. When I asked her for more “jugo” she said it has enough. “ tiene sufficiente ya”. Her tone was so horrible when she said that to me I felt such a bad energy of her. I’m surprised I tolerated this type of customer service not sure why I let her take advantage of me like this. I took a sip and u can literally hear me sipping ON NOTHING. I then asked how much more to add more juice, I watch her add one spoon ONLY that they serve the juice with into my cup for 1$ more!! I paid 5.99 for a small raspado!!! Plus 1$ more for more “juice” more juice where!!!?! I then tell her if she can please add more juice after I paid 1$ for “xtra” and she said “no ya tiene sufficiente” in the most rudest time!! This is the photo I took right when I received my raspado. The street vendors put more ice and juice for only 2$$!!?? But I guess I was asking for too much. She was so rude about it aswell. She then lies to me and says she’s the manager after I asked to talk to the manager. Then later I called asking for managers name and another worker said Maria. Are we just pretending to be managers now? Horrible service. Wanted to show my bf my favorite spot just to come out not craving anything from this place anymore. I paid 7$ for this cup of ice wish it was the raspado I use to always come and get.that photo is right after I walked out this location. Embarrassing. Shame on ROSARIO. “ rosy “. I spend $16 dollars plus tax on strawberry chocolate cup my daughter eat 4 cut pieces out of the cup ,she mention earlier to me that had a bad smell and then I said maybe you will like the taste, she tried not to waist food and eat it but then I decided to taste after seeing her feeling sick and the chocolate tasted old,burned and sour very funny taste
I went back to get a Credict store because my child was staring to have a stomachache This lady said no you can’t no get money back only. Icream or other item,the same moment my child doesn’t have the appetite anymore I told the lady fine will get other item but for another day she said it has to be right now I respond no she is no felling good any more she said there is 👎 nothing she can do so I ask for somebody the will do a store Credict, she said im the manager, so I said I need the owner and she respond I’m the owner. Read moreNo posted store hours. Unaccomedating to the steep language barrier of there customers. Online says closes at 10pm so we are in line at 8:40. They decide to cutoff service at a certain customer right before 9pm. Making eveyone behind that person leave. Unaware to what they said due to there spanish speaking only service. We are still line waiting. Until they repeat in spanish whatever they said. And the customer in front informed us of they are cutting of service.
