I’ve been going to this place for many years and this was the first time I received the worst customer service. When ordering my food I requested to have some kind of separation on my tacos from the beans due to my tacos falling completely apart by the time I get home, they agreed with no problem. Get to the window to pay and the cashier tells me they forgot to separate the tacos. I asked nicely if it could still be done as requested, she rolled her eyes talked to her manager and she came back and said no. I asked why and she simply stated “what do you want me to do I’m just a cashier”. I told her she represent the company. I asked for her managers name, she hesitated and stated his name as “Mieto”. He over heard me asking he gets pissed off and told me they dont separate food and he would have to charge me extra. I explained the concern and he brushed me off with an attitude by saying, “I heard your point and now you heard mine” and walked away. This was truly disappointing and they should not be having someone like that manage a business that is all about customer service. This has put a bitter taste in my mouth and I don’t think I will be going back and it’s unfortunate because I really enjoy their food. Read moreI used to love this place. My favorite thing to order was the chef salad. It came in a big container packed with protein. Over the years, the prices have skyrocketed (this I understand) and the size of the salad is now about 30% smaller (in a smaller, rectangular container as well).
I went yesterday and ordered the chef salad and a side salad (because I knew the size is smaller now). Drove all the way home to the Carson university area only to open it and find it was the wrong salad. I can’t think of a more simple order than two salads.
For $13, I would expect that they at least check which salad they grab before putting it into the bag. I opened the salad just to double check that I wasn’t seeing things, then called them up. I was looking to be refunded for the main salad. I even described the wrong salad to them and they said, “oh yes that’s a Cobb, and I see you ordered the chef salad.” They said they’d only be able to do something for me if I brought the salad back. I wasn’t able to drive an hour round trip to bring a salad back that I already opened. Are they going to sell it to someone else? Reuse the ingredients?

I ordered a Colossal Jr. Burger and a Pastrami Burger, but both sandwiches were served cold, with unmelted cheese. The only item that arrived hot was the fries. Additionally, The burgers tasted soggy and unappetizing, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. The flavors were bland and unappealing, making the overall dining experience quite unpleasant, which is unacceptable, especially considering I paid almost $40 for my meal. I wished I could have returned the burger immediately, but I had to go to work. When I called to address these issues, the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and rushed to hang up the phone, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction.
