Fiesta Grill — Restaurant in California

I stopped by Fista Grill recently and decided to try the salmon plate. The salmon itself was fresh but came out a little bland—definitely could use more seasoning or a stronger flavor. On the bright side, the rice was perfectly cooked, fluffy, and a great base for the meal. The real highlight for me was the hummus. It was creamy, rich, and made to absolute perfection—it honestly stood out more than the main dish.

The restaurant itself is very clean, and the atmosphere feels inviting. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Food here is cooked fresh, so you should expect to wait around 15–25 minutes, but it’s worth it knowing your meal isn’t just sitting around.

I was craving Mexican food, and hadn't eaten all day, so i swung in this establishment. Prices are real fair. Food is pretty good. Crank it up a notch, and the food will be awesome. I had the taco, rice and beans combo plate, and you get (2) tacos! It was definitely filling. I like my Spanish food with lots of cheese - not just sprinkles. But I didn't asked for it, so no criticism there. They've got an extensive array of foods - with photo pictures of them. They take major credit cards. Clean. The name Fiesta Grill is a mis-nomer for this place. It's not Mexican food. It's Middle Eastern. Came here with one of my friends for lunch during the work week.

The place is tucked away in a large shopping area on Carson.

I decided on the chicken koobideh which came with a mixed green salad, humus and rice. The chicken koobideh was delicious and very flavorful.
