Master Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Why in the hell would you not let your customers know that it’s only cash or EBT when placing an order over the phone? I do not walk around with cash in my pockets on Western Ave, nor do I receive EBT. I had to cancel my whole order after ordering over the phone and driving over 15 mins to get there, and not even being told it was a cardless establishment, no Apple Pay, nothing accommodating at all. Such a waste of my time and of the cooks time for having to throw away food. Very disappointed. It's good when u want a homemade burger.... But if you want to avoid the riff Raff drug addicts then do not go here they won't gaurantee your safety though..... I had to come back and edit my review first off I only eat Hamburger, Drink. Nothing else I ask for lettuce onions light mayo and relish. No idea how this place has remained standing after decades of horrific events happening at this location. I've avoided this place for about 20 years and I see myself avoiding it again another 20 years. To put it simply, expect a hostile environment, especially at night, and panhandlers being adjacent to the order window. My order took about 20 minutes to complete, which is too long for any burger joint. The fries were excellent. The chili was highly questionable with its citrus flavor.
