Good afternoon, my name is Andres and I’d love to share my experience with you all about an experience I had at a local CVS. My purpose for being there that day was to pick up a subscription of mine during “rush hour” at the pharmacy line. Whilst waiting in line I observed the pharmacy staff as they maneuvered through conflicting personalities with relative ease and language barriers as well. Which brings me to my experience. What seemed to be a temporary obstruction, was professionally dismantled by a tech (I’m not sure what her position is) named Grace. Not only did her patience and understanding of the situation exhibit what true customer service is about, but the surprising leap over a language barrier was the icing on the cake. The customer’s issue was taken care of and the line moved on. I attempted to let her know how fantastic that was but she continued to work on other duties. I’d like to send my thanks to Grace and the gang and I hope you all know that all your work does not go unappreciated or unrecognized. Thank you...
Read moreDO NOT go to the CVS on Martin Luther King Ave near Western Ave by the AutoZone. They were following me all around the store and then eventually asked me what I had in the Igloo I was about to purchase. I said everything I have I am about to purchase. I asked them if that was policy and they said it wasn't. So why why are you harrasing me then?
I took every amount of energy and cool to keep me from knocking someone out. Especially when the manager, David, said "If you are not guilty why would you be upset?" I never stole anything in my life. To be accused of such is insulting. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything and went to Walgreens on Crenshaw. I will never ever ever, in sha' Allah, ever, ever, ever go back to that CVS. It is my first and last time. I will be writing a letter.
P.S. I was talking to this lady name Valorie about the Igloo special. They were on sale. They were harrasing her too. And harrased another guy standing in line.

Read moreLove coming to shop here but the wait on the pharmacy in person and on the phone is crazy. Be ready to be on hold for about 1 hour or less. In person I waited over 20-30 minutes to drop off and came back 1 hour in half later to pick up. My medication was still not ready after they said 1 hour. So that's more waiting I had to do. Now over the phone you just dont know how long your about to wait. I waited over 30 minutes then clicked and called again said there was about 10 people ahead of me. Well maybe if they tell you this once picking up the phone we would know what to expect. Bad customer service even having the appropriate amount of staff behind...
