McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

While family had to sit through a 20 minute line just to see the familiar 'coming soon' for all ice cream products, meaning no Sundays for the family, which was the only reason we came!!! This was the second McDonald's we tried that night that had the very same issue!!!

In case you don't know, this is a plague only McDonald's has, the ice cream machine "is down." All other fast food chains ice cream machines work pretty much all the time. But not McDonald's...

This is a manufactured problem because the McDonald's corporate company is greedy and gets huge kickbacks from the manufacturer for making an inferior machine that the franchisee must pay exorbitant service fees just to, press a couple of buttons.

I've come here a total of 4 times. Each and every time that I have come here they have messed up my order for some reason. Nothing extravagant, just some mcdoubles and fries. Usually with 2 of them being plain because of my sibling. Ordered a big mac inside once and it was cold upon arrival somehow.

I don't know why they keep hiring people from high school when they are absolutely worthless at completing simple tasks. The last time I came they messed up an order of 2 mcdoubles with large fries. The mcdoubles were supposed to be plain and they completely forgot the fries. They told me to wait in the designated spot and I was there for a little over 10 minutes. All the while the kids inside were laughing and playing with each other like they were in an episode of freaks and geeks or something. Never again, I'd rather grab a burger at the...

Mc Donald's is one of my favorite restaurants. I'm not too proud to say that I come here often and although I love the food the service here isn't always that great. The entire location seems to be run by high school students (which is fine) but needless to say they lack some skill. I am constantly having to correct their mistakes for missing items or wrong items in general (forgetting to customize burger options). They always give BBQ as the side condiment even after asking for something in particular. The biggest issue is that they always forget food and for my people of the drive-thru, we all know this too well WE HATE HAVING TO COME BACK! We usually opt for driving a little down the way and going to the McDonalds on Van Nuys and Nordhoff. The staff is friendly but please stop forgetting to put my fries...
