The worst service ever! Group of youngsters working at this location with the worst attitude. I was at the drive-through one guy came and made me back up to the other side to close my side and only have one drive-trough. Right away no welcome just ( whatâs is your order ) I ordered a mocca frappe but regularly thatâs a lot of work for them to do so he said ( just regular coffe and soda ) left me at the dryway talking like I was doing my order but nobody was listening lol. Then again ( yes what is your order ) I made my order and he said ( just to let you know in advance ( I wonât add anything else after this point ) meaning that if you want to add something in case you forget that was not going to be possible. Then at the payment window a guy in his 22 to 24 years old with a not welcome attitude charged and I went to the next window to pick up my order 5 burgers and fries so I ask for catchup because if you donât ask they wonât give you any it is a classic! I said can I have 15 catchups please and he responded ( 15 catchups ) like meaning ( that many ) I told him yes 15 is 5 burgers and fries man?    Read moreI gave this McDonaldâs three stars because I understand fast food employees face a lot of pressure, and much of it isnât their fault. However, I expected better handling of situations within their control.
I placed a breakfast order through the app before the 10:30 AM cutoff and paid five minutes before arriving at the drive-thru. When I provided my code at 10:31 AM, the staff consulted the manager, who refused to fulfill my order, citing the menu switch to lunch.
If the app allows orders until the 10:30 cutoff, those orders should be honored. One minute shouldnât invalidate an order placed in good faith. The burners didnât magically shut off at 10:30, and itâs frustrating to now wait for a refund or waste time resolving this in person.
No blame to the employees, but this was a simple managerial decision where corporate policy should have prioritized customer experience.
UPDATE: 2 weeks later never got a refund. I canât even see a receipt because I never got my order and no receipt is not available on the app. The app shows thereâs an order that was placed....
