i don’t usually go to this location, and i am deeply regretting my decision to do so yesterday. i had a hankering for mcdonalds (fellow breastfeeding mamas, you understand!) so i hit the drive thru. i ordered 1 plain hamburger ketchup only, 4 piece nuggets and medium fries. i appreciate that i asked for them to be no salt at the window to pay and they obliged. i had a brief but nice convo with the girl taking payments about our astrology tattoos we happened to both have behind our left ears. but that’s all that was okay about this.
the fries were fine, so was the burger. (or so i thought? idk) but then i got to the nuggets. they were stale AF. like very clearly they had been sitting out and refried, g-d only knows for how long!! i ate two, but i gave up. they were so bad. and i’m honestly glad i did because tell me why, hours later i’m in PAIN and let’s just say this meal disagreed with my digestive system in the worst way.
honestly, is it so much to ask that food be properly cooked, that food safety guidelines be followed and that said food will be SAFE TO EAT?? i don’t eat mcdonalds super frequently but i eat it a few times a month, i’d say. no more than 5 times. i’ve never had this happen any other time i’ve eaten mcdonalds.
avoid this location like the plague-it’s easy enough, there are as many mcdonalds as there are starbucks. they are all practically 5 minutes away from the next! i am going to be reaching out to corporate or something, because this is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. shame on this nasty location.
Y’ALL NEED TO DO...
Read moreI just ran to grab my mobile order. They didn’t give me a straw which was fine. I walked up to the counter and they completely ignored me. Then the girl glanced at me and was standing there fiddling in a box and I said can I have a straw please and then she looked back down and ignored me. Mind you we were less than 2 feet away from each other. So I repeated it again and she rolled her eyes and ignored me still moving sauces around inside of a cardboard box, it seemed like she was trying to look busy. And then a few seconds later, she looked at me and said “yes?” And just stared at me blankly and so I said related” a straw” and she rolled her eyes again and said “oh would you like a straw” all slow and condescending. I could tell it was a little game she was playing, and it was very disrespectful. Then when I walked away I heard her say the word straw and her and a coworker were laughing so clearly they were talking about me and what had just happened. I don’t even understand Unless they’re just racist because I had a great attitude before this and there was no issues in there at all, except we are different races so that’s the only thing could’ve possibly been the issue, which is completely...
Read moreThis McDonald's used to be my go-to location. They used to get people through the drive-through quickly and you order used to be accurate. For the last couple of years though, it seems like nobody cares in the store. The drive-through takes forever, and you're more likely to have to sit and wait for them to bring you something then to be candid everything at the window. Your orders will be incomplete, have errors, and the workers have attitude. Tonight, I went and ordered the Artisan chicken sandwich and a side salad combo. When I got up to the window, they handed me the sandwich but no salad. When I asked them where the salad was, they informed me they didn't have any. Since I had specifically asked about the side salad when I ordered, I was confused. The worker at the drive-thru window said they had no salads at all. I was told my choices were to have french fries or a McChicken or something similar, completely defeating the purpose of having a side salad. In addition, when I got my Artisan chicken sandwich home there was hardly any sauce on it, two tiny tomatoes, and one piece of lettuce. The chicken was incredibly dry and salty.
I think this was our last time coming...
