McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is the worst mcdonalds I've ever went to. I don't normally complain and it was my first time going there! (This is my first review)I was the only car in the line so they probably most likely gave me the food that was left over thats why the fries were soggy and there was a piece of wrapper in my burger!! I could've choked on that!! That wouldn't have been good for both me and that mcdonalds. I don't know if the cook was lazy and just because I was the only customer in line they didn't care but oh yes it does matter because they can get fired they wouldn't want that I don't know if they don't want to work there no more but guys if you go to this mcdonalds make sure you check your food !! Please do! They also forgot to add something in my order i couldn't tell at that time because i went at night i was in a rush because it was dark and late! Make sure you guys check your bags please everything was cramped in the bag i wanted to believe everything was in there because i was the only car but i guess i expected to much im dissapointed and I felt so disgusted I wasted money I wanted to give some food to my little brothers and sisters because they deserved it since they went to school all week but this experience just ended up horrible and not make us enjoy our food. It's horrible it made my night bad. I spent $51 and didn’t get half my order. Because we ordered a lot of food and always seem to be missing something at all McDonald’s my mom always checks our order. My mom was trying to go through the bag to make sure all the 80 nuggets and sauces were in the bag and the girl in the front Isabel told her not to check the bags because all her food and sauces were there. My mom felt embarrassed that the girl was stopping her from checking so she believed her and left. She came to the car and said I was checking the bag but the girl told me not to because it was all there so I didn’t check. I told her well if she said it is maybe it is let’s go. We left and got home and we’re missing 40 nuggets!! We were getting ready to go back to Oklahoma and needed to pack still so I didn’t want to go back and I asked for a refund on the phone or for them to deliver since we were about to leave. The manager on the phone was so rude and said she couldn’t help me unless I came back in person. So what if I was already on my way to Oklahoma ? Do I have to turn around just because they were incompetent and didn’t let my mom check the bags ? I had to stop my husband from packing the car to send him back for the 40 nuggets so our kids can eat because we had spent too much money for us to just let them go hungry while we finished packing. Now we’re an hour behind in getting back home over there stupidity and not making sure all the food...

On march 10-2024 about 9:50 am I walked in mc Donald 850 w Rosecrans Ave gardena CA 90247 with a receipt which I did a survey online I stop at the downey mc donald receipt on March 3rd,I told a cashier ,her name is Marie(shift manager I believe).I gave her my receipt with survey code,she refused to serve me,she said this a fake....number are incorrect.she was not even try type it on mcdonald sys,i told her couple times she refused my service.at the same time I used my phone with McDonald app ordered coffee ,once I was trying to show my order number and try to take my coffee.she hold back a coffee and take it away,she said it was not me. In the matter of fact..this is discrimination ,first she refused to serve me use survey code online,buy one sandwich get one free,second she did not aloud me to take my coffee what I was order and already paid online.5 minutes later today I was pleased to use her get a refund for coffee.She gave me back refund without said any apology.
