I ordered Singapore Noodles with chicken and Chicken Basil. Both were subpar at best. They used all chicken leg meat and it wasn’t even cleaned up. Meaning that it had bits of fat and connective tissue on it. It was not written on their menu that it would be made with dark meat chicken and there was no option to request white meat chicken, which I would have done. That was issue number one. Issue number two was that the Singapore Noodles were way over cooked, to the point of being mush. The Basil chicken broth tasted good, lots of basil flavor and it was nice and spicy, the way I like it. However, I fed all the chicken leg meat to the dog, he ate it. Legs are my absolute least favorite part of the chicken, I do not like them at all. I like thighs, if it had been thigh meat I would have eaten it; or if I knew that they do not have white meat chicken I would have gotten tofu. The steamed white rice I ordered was also way over cooked to the point of being mush. I gave that to the dog as well, I mixed it with his food. I cannot recommend this place at all, their food quality is well below average. The words greasy, mushy and grizzly come to mind. I will never order from Pan Tang again, I will try someplace else. It was 9:15 pm and I had barely eaten all day so I was really hungry. I ate around the more disgusting parts as best I could. In my opinion (while I know they’re not Thai) Panda Express tastes better and they’re not even authentic Asian cuisine. Save your money and order from...

This isn't just food; it's a goddamn revelation, hiding in plain sight. The flavors, the textures – it’s like someone’s Thai grandma decided to go pro, but kept all the love. You get that hit of home-style, family-recipe honesty, but then BAM, the execution is sharp, professional. These people know what they're doing. The Pad Thai? It’s a tightrope walk of crunch and zing – peanuts doing their job, fresh lime cutting through like a razor. Good. Solid. But the Drunken Noodles. Jesus. That was the headliner. The kind of dish that makes you want to order another before you've even finished the first. Perfect heat, that beautiful garlic and basil perfume hitting you right in the face. This was takeout, mind you. I can only imagine the sheer, unadulterated pleasure of this stuff hot out of the wok, right there in the restaurant. Probably singes your eyebrows off in the best possible way. And because I’m a glutton for punishment – or maybe just a sucker for a good ending – I tacked on their seasonal mango sticky rice. Sweet, creamy, that perfect tropical hit. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you forget, just for a minute, all the miserable, over-hyped crap you’ve eaten in your life. So yeah, Pan Tang. Who knew? I’ll be back. That curry’s got my name on it. And if you’re in Tujunga, and you don’t try this place? Well, that’s your...

My family loves this place with a wild passion. They come here weekly and also order delivery once in a while. They have the most divine Yellow curry. I’ve had the tofu and the chicken. They will make a fish vegan if you request it. My mom a vegan gets the tofu curry and they make sure to keep the fish sauce out of the recipe so she can eat it. They have the beat Tom Kha soup, with shrimp!!!! Yummy! They have exceptional service and kind manners chatting with you about your life. It’s run bu a family and they work hard to give good service. I recommend them to friends that live as far as Santa Clarita and say “Come try this place”. It really is the beat Thai place I’ve had outside Thailand, and I’ve been quite a few times. It’s the legit stuff and with seriously cheap prices to boot. You gotta come try...

The nicest guy will greet you when you come in, they have tables for seating. Orders for pickup are the majority of the business. The food is phenomenal, my boyfriend and I have been twice now and we can't wait to keep eating through the menu. The most recent order was the satay (yum!), the Shanghai noodles (new fav), and the green curry fried rice (killer!!!). We also ordered a Thai tea to share and the owner/head Chef gave us a Shanghai Tea too. It's not as sweet as thai tea and it's a little more smokey PERFECT contrast to the coconut milk curries. Definitely give this place a try, definitely say hi to the Chef, and be patient - they get kind of busy and they are doing their thing, it's worth it I promise!
